예비유아교사와의 배움공동체 실험하기에서 구성원들의 존재론적 되어가기의 의미

The Meaning of Ont ological Becoming of Members in an Experimentation of Learning Community with Preservice Early Childhood Teachers

본 연구는 예비유아교사교육에 새로운 가능성을 열어줄 수 있는 하나의 운동으로 6명의 예비유아교사들과 연구자 총 7명의 구성원들이 20번의 배움공동체 실험하기를 진행해 보고 구성원들의 경험의 의미를 존재론적 관점에서 살펴보았다. 배움공동체와 다양한 존재와의 얽힘 속에 끊임없이 생성되는 존재-되기의 과정에 있었던 개별 존재들의 경험을 입체적으로 기술하기 위해 포스트모더니즘의 다성성의 개념을 연구방법의 철학적 관점으로 설정하고 자료수집 및 해석, 연구결과의 구성과 기술의 방법으로 활용하였다. 연구결과, 구성원들의 존재-되기는 삶에서 마주한 배움공동체라는 사건으로 인해 긍정의 에너지를 갖는 것으로부터 시작되어 존재들 간의 관계맺기 속에서 구성원의 자기이해와 사유하기를 통해 일어났다. 이러한 구성원들의 존재-되기는 예측할 수 없는 마주침 속에서 얽히고 연결되며 생성되는 것이었다. 이처럼 배움공동체 실험하기에 참여한 구성원들의 경험의 의미를 존재론적 관점에서 깊게 들여다봄으로써 예비유아교사교육에서 배움과 존재 그 자체가 중시되는 과정으로 전환할 수 있는 새로운 가능성을 열어주는 하나의 운동의 역할을 할 수 있기를 기대한다.

In order to three-dimensionally describe the experience of individual existence who were in the process of becoming a constant existence in the entanglement with the learning community and various existence, the multivocality concept of postmodernism was set as a philosophical point of view of research methods and were used as a method for data collection and interpretation, as well as for composition and description of research results. As a result of the study, the existence-becoming of members started from having positive energy due to the event of a learning community encountered in life and occurred through self-understanding and thinking of members in the relationship between existences. The existence-becoming of members was entangled, connected, and created in an unpredictable encounter. In this way, it is hoped that looking deeply into the meaning of the experiences of members who participated in the learning community experiment from an ontological point of view is the role of a movement that opens up new possibilities for transitioning from preservice early childhood teachers education to being important on learning and existence itself.
