말소리 정확성을 위한 청지각적 평가에 대한 문헌 연구

Analysis of Recent Trends on Auditory Perception of Speech Accuracy

본 연구는 말소리를 청지각적으로 평가하는데 영향을 줄 수 있는 여러 가지 요인들에 관한 최근 연구 동향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 말소리 정확성의 측정 방법, 사용된 말자극의 형태, 평가자의 청지각적 경험이나 훈련의 효과 등을 중심으로 선정 기준에 따라 선행 연구 중 13편을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 말소리 평가에 많이 사용된 말소리 자극은 말소리 발달 과정에 있는 정상 아동들의 말소리가 가장 많이 사용되었다. 둘째, 청지각적 평가에 사용되는 측정 방법으로는 전사와 척도방법이 주로 사용되는데, 3점 척도와 시각적 아날로그 척도를 사용한 연구들이 많았다. 셋째, 말소리평가에서 귀 훈련의 효과를 알아보기 위해서는 언어병리학을 공부하고 있는 대학생이나 대학원생들이 주로 연구에 참여하였다. 많은 연구들에서 귀 훈련이나 말소리 듣기 경험이 청지각 평가의 신뢰도나 정확도를 높이는데 효과가 있다고 밝히고 있다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 국내에서도 말소리장애 평가에 청지각적 훈련의 필요성을 인식하여 이에 대한 연구들이 활발히 이루어지기를 기대한다.

This study aimed to examine recent research trends on various factors that can affect the auditory perception of speech. The results of analyzing 13 previous studies according to the selection criteria, focusing on the measurement method of speech sound accuracy, the type of speech stimulus used, and the effect of the auditory experience or ear training of the rater, are as follows. First, speech sounds of normal children in the process of speech sound development were most often used as speech stimuli used for speech sound evaluation. Second, transcription and scale methods were mainly used as measurement methods for auditory perceptual evaluation, and there were many studies using a 3-point scale and a visual analog scale. Third, in order to examine the effect of ear training on speech sound evaluation, undergraduate or graduate students studying speech pathology participated mainly. Many studies have revealed that ear training or speech listening experience is effective in increasing the reliability or accuracy of auditory perception evaluation.
