어린이집 교사가 지각한 원장의 감성 리더십이 교사-아동 상호작용에 미치는 영향 -교사 효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로-

The effect of the director’s emotional leadership on teacher-child interaction perceived by daycare center teachers -Focusing on the mediating effect of teacher efficacy-

본 연구는 어린이집 교사가 지각한 원장의 감성 리더십이 교사-아동 상호작용과 교사 효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석하며, 이 과정에서 교사 효능감의 매개효과를 파악하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 서울, 경기, 부산지역 어린이집 교사 214명을 연구대상으로 설정하여 설문 조사와 통계분석을 진행하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어린이집 교사가 지각한 원장의 감성 리더십은 교사 효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 어린이집 교사가 지각한 원장의 감성 리더십은 교사-아동 상호작용에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 교사 효능감은 교사-아동 상호작용에 영향을 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 교사 효능감은 어린이집 교사가 지각한 어린이집 원장의 감성 리더십과 교사-아동 상호작용에 매개효과가 발생하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 어린이집 원장의 감성 리더십이 교사-아동 상호작용에 미치는 영향에서 교사 효능감의 매개역할의 중요성을 밝히고 교사 효능감을 향상시키기 위한 방향성을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

This study analyzed the effect of the emotional leadership of the head of the daycare center recognized by teachers on teacher-child interaction and teacher efficacy, and identified the mediating effect of teacher efficacy in this process. In order to achieve this research purpose, 214 daycare center teachers in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Busan were set as research subjects, and surveys and statistical analysis were conducted. The results of the study are as follows. First, the emotional leadership of the head of the daycare center had a positive effect on the teacher's efficacy. Second, the emotional leadership of the head of the daycare center had a positive (+) effect on teacher-child interaction. Third, teacher efficacy influenced teacher-child interaction. Fourth, teacher efficacy had a mediating effect on the emotional leadership of the head of the daycare center and teacher-child interaction. The implications of this study are significant in that it revealed the importance of the mediating role of teacher efficacy and suggested the necessary direction to improve teacher efficacy in the impact of the director's emotional leadership on teacher-child interaction.
