지역사회개발을 위한 지역문화자원 활용 문화예술교육방안 - 충무로 문화콘텐츠를 중심으로 -

Culture and arts education using local cultural resources for community development -Focusing on Chungmuro cultural contents-

본 연구는 지역문화자원을 지역사회 발전에 활용하기 위한 문화예술 교육 방안으로 충무로 지역 문화자원 중 인쇄 기술 콘텐츠를 기반으로 한 미취학 아동 대상 문화예술 교육 프로그램을 개발 및 체험 후 선호도 평가를 조사하였다. 그 결과, 인쇄 기술 기반 콘텐츠를 활용한 문화예술교육 콘텐츠가 어린이들에게 긍정적인 즐거움을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 기존 지역자원의 발전이 지역사회의 가치를 높이고 부가가치를 창출할 수 있는 잠재력을 갖고 있음을 확인시켜 주었다. 본 프로그램의 사례는 지역사회의 문화자원 개발이 지속가능하며, 다양한 요소를 종합적으로 고려한 지역 고유의 문화가 가능함을 보여줌으로써 지역사회 발전의 실마리를 제시한다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 지역문화자원 콘텐츠를 활용한 프로그램 개발은 지속가능한 생태적, 사회적 정의 발전에 대한 고려를 바탕으로 이루어져야 한다. 외부 자원에 있어서는 지역 전체의 자립 범위, 어떤 분야와 규모를 끌어들일 것인지, 어떤 분야의 자립을 육성할 것인지를 고려하여 결정해야 한다. 그리고 무엇보다 지역을 중심으로 지역자원과 문화를 함께 고려하고 조화롭게 결합, 창조함으로써 장기적으로 지역사회의 문화창조를 가능하게 할 것이다. 본 연구가 지역사회 문화자원의 다양한 콘텐츠 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용되기를 바라며 본 연구를 마무리하고자 한다.

This study attempts to examine the dynamics of a local community by evaluating a few examples of town planning to understand the welfare of the local community. For this purpose, it discusses what is required for the development of the community by surveying the uniqueness of urban areas, suburban satellite cities, and environment-friendly villages around a city. This study developed a cultural arts education program for preschool children based on printing technology content among cultural resources in the Chungmuro region as a cultural arts education plan to utilize local cultural resources for community development, and investigated evaluation for preference after experience. did. As a result, it was found that new cultural arts education contents using print-based contents gave children positive enjoyment. These results confirmed that various variables and development of existing local resources have the potential to increase the value of the local community and create added value. The case of this program can be said to show a clue to community development by showing that the development of cultural resources in the community is sustainable and that a culture based on the uniqueness of the region that takes into account various factors at an overall level can be realized. However, program development utilizing these local cultural resource contents must be based on consideration of sustainable ecological and social justice development. In terms of external resources, it must be decided based on the scope of self-reliance of the entire region, which areas and on what scale to draw in and which areas to foster self-reliance. Moreover, above all, with the region as the focal point, considering regional resources along with culture, and combining and creating them in harmony, this will enable the creation of culture in the local community in the long run. We hope that this study will be used as basic data for the development of various contents of local community cultural resources, and we will conclude this study with suggestions.
