점역⋅교정사의 근무환경과 직무스트레스가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

The Influences of Work Environment and Job Stress of Braille Transcribers/proofreaders on Job Satisfaction

연구 목적: 본 연구는 점역⋅교정사의 근무환경과 직무스트레스가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 있다. 연구 방법: 전국의 재직 중인 점역⋅교정사 127명을 대상으로 근무환경, 직무스트레스, 그리고 직무만족도에 대한 설문조사를 실시하여 상관관계와 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 결과: 첫째, 점역⋅교정사의 근무환경, 직무스트레스는 직무만족도와 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 근무환경과 직무스트레스는 직무만족도의 하위 요인에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 점역⋅교정사의 직무만족도 향상과 정확하고 효율적인 점역을 위해 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 논의와 후속 연구를 제시하였다.

Purpose: This study investigated the relationship between job satisfaction and work environment of braille transcribers and proofreaders and their job satisfaction. Method: Data were collected using questionnaires from 127 braille transcribers and proofreaders in the nation. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient by using a statistic program. Results: The findings of the study are as follows: First, work environment and job stress have been found to have significant correlations with job satisfaction of braille transcribers and proofreaders in the nation. Second, Work environment and job stress have been found to have significant correlations with a sub-factor of job satisfaction. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, the author proposes a few ideas to improve the job satisfaction for braille transcribers and proofreaders in the nation.
