문제해결교수 기반의 탄력성 증진 프로그램이 경계선급 지적 기능성 청소년의 탄력성과 사회정서역량에 미치는 영향

Effects of Resilience Enhancement Programs using Social Problem Solving Strategy on Resilience and the Social Emotional Competences of Adolescents with Borderline Intellectual Functioning

경계선급 지적 기능성 학습자는 표준화된 지능검사 결과 지능지수 70~84에 속하는 학습자로 전 생애에 걸쳐 개별화된 지원과 관심이 필요하다는 연구들이 발표되고 있다. 이 연구는 심리･정서 및 사회성 발달에 어려움을 보이는 경계선급 지적 기능성 청소년을 대상으로 문제해결교수 기반의 탄력성 증진 프로그램이 경계선급 지적 기능성 청소년의 탄력성과 사회정서역량에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 실시하였다. 이 연구는 16회기 탄력성 증진 프로그램을 초등학교 5학년부터 중학교 2학년에 재학 중인 경계선급 지적 기능성 학생 4명을 대상으로 적용하고 사전, 사후에 탄력성, 사회정서역량 검사와 사후 구조화된 면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 문제해결교수 기반의 탄력성 증진 프로그램은 경계선급 지적 기능성 청소년들의 탄력성과 사회정서역량 증진에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 변화가 높은 탄력성 하위요인은 ‘사회문제해결 능력’이었고 사회정서 역량의 하위요인은 ’자기인식’ 이였다. 연구결과는 향후 경계선급 지적 기능성 청소년의 건강한 심리･정서발달과 사회성 증진 프로그램의 개발을 위해 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is examined the effects of enhancement program of resilience using social problem solving strategy on improving resilience and social emotional competences of adolescents with borderline intellectual functioning In this study an intervention program using the social problem solving strategy based on the social story for the 5th and 6th-grade students and middle school students with borderline intellectual functioning were provided. The intervention was conducted two times a week for a total of 16 sessions during research period. As the results of this study resilience enhancement program base on social problem solving strategy positively influenced on improving the resilience and the social emotional competences of adolescents with borderline intellectual functioning. Resilience is an important factor that promotes positive thinking and emotions, and healthy adaptation to adolescents with borderline intellectual functioning who have difficulty in having the ability of social adaptation. Therefore, considering the psychological and emotional characteristics of students with adolescents with borderline intellectual functioning and research on intervention programs should be continued in the future.
