압축기 고장 유형에 따른 데이터 확인 방법 연구

Research on data confirmation methods according to compressor failure type

Equipment failure prediction is a technology used in manufacturing industries, nuclear power plants, chemical plants, railways, shipbuilding, automobiles and aerospace industries. Systems that require high reliability require regular maintenance and inspection because wear, defects, and failures of facilities or equipment in operation can cause fatal accidents. To solve these problems, fault diagnosis and prediction technology (PHM) that monitors the status of facilities in real time by utilizing advanced communication technologies such as various sensors and PEIDs (Product Embedded Information Devices) is attracting a lot of attention. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to review the research and current status of existing oil and gas plants for predictive diagnosis of core facilities in the plant, and to present a data confirmation method based on compressor failure type. In this study, we studied techniques that can infer and predict the cause of failure by using the DCS alarm system and Range limit technique to analyze instantaneous inclination and state data values by converting risk level scores.
