교육회복을 넘어 미래교육 도약으로 (충청북도교육청 교원회복 지원 사례를 중심으로)

코로나19 장기화로 발생한 교육결손과 다양한 부작용을 해소하기 위하여 교육청 차원에서 다양한 지원이 이루어지고 있다. 학생회복 지원 못지않게 교원들의 심신 회복을 위한 종합지원도 중요하기 때문에 본고에서는 충청북도교육청의 교원회복 지원 사업과 우수사례를 살펴보았다. 충청북도교육청에서는 교원치유지원센터, 초⸱중등단기수업지원 순회기간제교사 운영, ‘초등생활도우미’ 운영 지원, ‘학교업무 바로지원시스템’ 고도화, 쉽고 수월한 저경력교사 업무 도움자료 개발‧제작, 학교자율운영지원단 조직‧운영 등 교원회복을 위한 다양한 지원을 통해 교육여건을 개선해 나가고 있다. 특히, 심리‧정서 치유지원이나 힐링연수 등 재충전의 기회를 제공하는 것 외에 학교업무 재구조화나 일하는 방식 개선 등 학교업무를 효율화하고, 업무 경감을 지원하는 일은 교원회복을 위한 보다 근본적인 대책으로서 의의가 있다.
