노인 암 환자 가족간병 경험에 대한 현상학적 연구

The Phnomenological Study on the Experience of Family Caregivers Patients with Cancer in the Elderly

연구목적 본 연구는 노인 암 환자를 간병 한 가족을 연구대상자로 설정하여 가족간병에 대한 경험을 현상학적 방법으로 탐색하고 이해하기 위한 목적으로 수행하였다. 연구방법 본 연구는 노인 암 환자 가족간병 경험이 있는 5명을 대상으로 현상학적 연구방법을 적용하여 면담을 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 Colaizzi가 제시한 현상학적 연구방법을 적용하였다. 연구결과 연구의 결과 면담 내용을 분석한 결과 3개 범주의 9개 주제 모음, 28개의 주제로 구분되었다. 연구결과로 분석된 각 범주는 신체적 한계의 직면, 심리적 부담으로 인한 혼란, 해결방안 모색이었다. 결론 본 연구를 통해서 노인 암 환자를 돌보는 가족간병의 의미를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 가족간병을 지원하기 위한 다양한 프로그램의 개발과 지원에 대한 계획 수립 시 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

Objective : The purpose of the study is to explore and understand the experiences of family diseases in a phenomenological way by setting families who cared for elderly cancer patients as subjects. Methods : This study conducted by applying a phenomenon for five people who have experience experience for five elderly cancer patients with experience of elderly cancer patients.In this study, a phenomenon presented a phenomenon presented by Colaizzi. Results : Result of analyzing the interview contents as a result of the study, 3 categories and 9 themes clusters 28 themes. Each category analyzed as a result of the study was physical fatigue, fear of the future, and social constraints. Conclusion : This study, the meaning of family caregiver experience in elderly cancer patients care. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data when establishing plans for the development and support of various programs to support family care in the future.
