콜로이드 실버 성분을 이용한 안면 피부 염증성 여드름 개선 효과

여드름은 청소년부터 성인까지 피부 문제점으로 자주 거론되고 있다. 염증성 여드름으로 피부가 민감해져 여드름 치료로 자극이 없는 천연 성분의 선호도가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이에 천연 항생제로 알려진 콜로이드 실버 성분이 염증성 여드름 개선에 미치는 효과를 확인할 필요가 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 안면 피부 수분함유량과 유분량. 피지 분비량을 측정하여 콜로이드 실버 성분의 염증성 여드름 증상 개선 효과를 규명하는 것이다. 30대 여성과 남성 중 연구 대상 선정 기준에 부합하는 8명을 대상으로 1일 2회 4주간 안면 피부 오른쪽 실험군에는 콜로이드 실버 성분을 도포 하였고 왼쪽 대조군에는 기초 화장품 토너를 도포하고 실험군과 대조군에 기초 화장품 로션, 크림을 도포 하였다. 피부 진단기로 수분함유량, 유분량, 피지 분비량을 실험 전과 4주 후 각각 피부 상태를 측정하였다. 연구 결과 콜로이드 실버 성분과 기초 화장품을 도포한 오른쪽 실험군이 기초 화장품을 도포 한 왼쪽 대조군에 비해 수분함유량, 유분량, 피지 분비량에서 유의한 차이에 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해, 콜로이드 실버 성분이 염증성 여드름의 원인이 되는 수분함유량, 유분량, 피지 분비량에 효과가 있음을 확인 할 수 있었고, 콜로이드 실버 성분이 염증성 여드름 증상 개선에 효과가 있음을 규명하였다.

Acne is frequently mentioned as a skin problem from teenagers to adults. As skin becomes sensitive due to inflammatory acne, preference for non-irritating natural ingredients for acne treatment is increasing. Accordingly, there is a need to confirm the effect of colloidal silver, known as a natural antibiotic, on improving inflammatory acne. The purpose of this study was to determine facial skin moisture content and oil content. The purpose is to measure the amount of sebum secretion to determine the effectiveness of colloidal silver in improving inflammatory acne symptoms. Among 8 women and men in their 30s who met the study subject selection criteria, colloidal silver ingredients were applied to the experimental group on the right side of the facial skin twice a day for 4 weeks, and basic cosmetics toner, lotion, and cream were applied to the left control group. The skin condition was measured using a skin diagnostic device for moisture content, oil content, and sebum secretion before and 4 weeks after the experiment. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the right experimental group to which the colloidal silver ingredient was applied had a significant difference in moisture content, oil content, and sebum secretion compared to the left control group to which basic cosmetic toner, lotion, and cream were applied. Through this study, it was confirmed that colloidal silver ingredients are effective in reducing moisture content, oil content, and sebum secretion, which are the causes of inflammatory acne, and that colloidal silver ingredients are effective in improving the symptoms of inflammatory acne.
