영유아교사의 자아존중감과 교사효능감의 관계에서 잡 크래프팅의 매개효과

The Mediation Effect of Job Crafting on the Relationship between Self-Esteem and Teacher Efficacy of Early Childhood Teachers

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 영유아교사의 자아존중감과 교사효능감의 관계에서 잡 크래프팅의 매개효과를 검증하여 영유아교사의 교사효능감을 증진하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 연구방법: 연구대상은 유치원과 어린이집에 근무하는 영유아교사 190명이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 PROCESS macro 4.1 model 4를 활용하여 기술통계, 상관분석, 매개분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 연구결과는 첫째, 영유아교사의 자아존중감과 교사효능감, 잡 크래프팅은 모두 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 자아존중과 교사효능감의 관계에서 잡 크래프팅은 부분 매개 역할을 통해 교사효능감에 영향을 미쳤다. 논의 및 결론: 연구결과의 시사점은 영유아교사의 자아존중감이 교사효능감에 미치는 영향, 잡 크래프팅의 교사효능감에 대한 부분 매개역할을 밝힘으로써 교사효능감에 영향을 미치는 새로운 변인에도 관심을 가질 필요가 있다는 것이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide data to improve the teacher efficacy of early childhood teachers by verifying the mediation effect of job crafting in the relationship between self-esteem and teacher efficacy of early childhood teachers. Method: The subjects of the study were 190 early childhood teachers working in kindergartens and daycare centers. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and mediation analysis were performed on the collected data using SPSS 23.0 and PROCESS macro 4.1 model 4. Results: First, the research results showed that self-esteem, teacher efficacy, and job crafting were positively correlated. Second, in the relationship between self-esteem and teacher efficacy, it was confirmed that job crafting affected teacher efficacy through a partial mediating. Conclusion: The implications of the research results are that there is a need to pay attention to new variables that affect teacher efficacy by revealing the impact of early childhood teachers' self-esteem on teacher efficacy and the partial mediating role of job crafting on teacher efficacy.
