뇌졸중 환자 가족돌봄제공자의 일반적 특성과 보호자의 심리적 요인간의 상관관계

Effect of general characteristics of family caregivers of stroke patients on psychological factors of caregivers

목적 : 가족을 돌보는 구성원의 역할은 환자의 회복에 있어 매우 중요한 요인이 된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 선행연구를 바탕으로 뇌졸중 환자 가족돌봄제공자의 일반적 특성과 심리적 요인간의 상관관계를 확인하였다. 이를 통해, 가족돌봄제공자의 간병 행위에 대한 지지방법을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 현재 가족을 간병하고 있는 가족돌봄제공자 112명을 대상으로 종이설문지 및 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구기간은 2023년 09월 30일부터 10월 30일까지 4주간 시행되었다. 설문지를 통해 수집한 데이터들은 spss 23.0 for Window를 이용하여 기술통계량을 구하였으며 가족돌봄제공자의 일반적인 특성과 심리적 요인의 상관관계를 보기위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 : 첫째, 일반적 특성에 따른 부양자 반응 척도에서는 성별, 발병기간, 가족돌봄제공자의 나이가 관계가 있었다. 둘째, 일반적 특성에 따른 부양 부담에서는 성별, 발병기간, 가족돌봄제공자의 나이, 간병장소, 개인보험에서 관계가 있었다. 셋째, 일반적 특성에 따른 스트레스 대처전략에서는 가족돌봄제공자의 나이, 간병장소, 개인간병고용에서 관계가 있었다. 넷째, 일반적 특성에 따른 우울증에서는 성별, 발병기간, 가족돌봄제공자의 나이가 관계가 있었다. 결론 : 본 연구에서는 가족돌봄제공자에 환경변화가 가능한 독립변수를 확인하고자 하였으며, 이는 가족간 병을 하는 이들에게 있어 간병 장소, 개인보험, 개인간병인 고용 등 환경변화가 가능한 지지방법을 제시하였다.

Objective : The role of family caregivers is a very important factor in the patient's recovery. In this study, based on these previous studies, we confirmed the correlation between the general characteristics of family caregivers of stroke patients and psychological factors. Through this, we would like to suggest a method of supporting the caregiving behavior of family caregivers. Methods : This study conducted a paper questionnaire and an online survey targeting 112 family caregivers who are currently caring for their family members. The research period was conducted for 4 weeks from September 30 to October 30, 2023. Descriptive statistics were obtained for the data collected through the questionnaire using spss 23.0 for Windows, and multiple regression analysis was performed to see the correlation between the general characteristics of family caregivers and psychological factors. Results : First, in the caregiver response scale according to general characteristics, there was a relationship between gender, disease period, and age of the family caregiver. Second, the burden of care according to general characteristics was related to gender, disease period, age of family caregiver, place of care, and personal insurance. Third, in terms of stress coping strategies according to general characteristics, there was a relationship between the age of the family caregiver, location of care, and employment of personal care. Fourth, gender, onset period, and age of family caregiver were related to depression according to general characteristics. Conclusion : In this study, we sought to identify independent variables that can be influenced by environmental changes in family caregivers. Support methods that enable changes in the environment, such as location of care, personal insurance, and employment of personal caregivers, were presented to those who provide family caregivers.
