종교 기반 전문대학의 종교 교육 - 어려움과 가능성에 대한 논의 -

Religious Education in Religious-Based Colleges - Discussion of Difficulties and Possibilities -

이 논문은 종교 기반 전문대학에서 이루어지는 종교 교육이 직면한 어려움에도 불구하고 고등 직업교육 기관으로서 이념을 실현하는 데 종교 교육의 관련 가능성을 논의하였다. 최근 종교 기반 전문대학은 고등 교육기관으로 자유로운 진리의 탐구를 강조하거나 직업 교육기관으로 특정 분야의 직무 숙달을 강조한 나머지 설립 기반 혹은 배경이 된 종교 교육에 충분한 관심을 기울이지 못하고 있다. 그러나 종교 교육은 인성 교육과의 관련뿐만 아니라 직업인으로서 나아가 개인의 삶 전반에 걸쳐 진지한 성찰을 동반한다는 점에서 종교 기반 전문대학이 직면한 어려움을 해결하고, 고등 직업교육 기관으로서의 역할을 수행하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

This paper discussed the possibility of religious education related to realizing ideology as a higher vocational education institution despite the difficulties faced by religious education conducted at religious colleges. Recently, religious colleges have not paid enough attention to religious education as a foundation or background because they emphasize freely exploration of truth as higher educational institutions or job proficiency in certain fields as vocational institutions. However, religious education will contribute to solving the difficulties faced by religious colleges and playing a role as a higher vocational education institution in that it is not only related to character education but also involves serious reflection on individual life itself.
