코퍼스 분석을 활용한 물리보안시스템 직무에 대한 탐색적 연구

An Exploratory tudy of Physical Security System Jobs Using Corpus Analysis

이 연구에서는 물리보안시스템 전문가의 직무에 대한 탐색적 분석을 통해 물리보안시스템 직무가 포함하는 직무 요소를 제시하였다. 국내외 채용공고 내 직무 데이터를 대상으로 다각적인 분석을 위해 TF, TF-IDF 빈도 분석, 동시출현단어 분석, Concordance 분석을 수행하였으며 이를 종합하여 결론을 도출하였다. 물리보안시스템 전문가의 직무는 시스템 구현을 위한 라이프사이클에 따른 전반적인 직무의 범위를 포괄한다. 물리보안시스템 구현에 필요한 다양한 직무로는 시스템 관련 정책, 절차를 개발하고 적용하는 직무와 시스템의 지속적인 운영을 위한 평가와 효과적인 운영을 위한 교육에 관한 직무도 포함하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 시스템 지원과 같은 협력에 관한 직무도 다루어지며 비상 상황에 대한 대응의 직무를 포함하는 것으로 드러나 물리보안시스템의 주 역할은 탐지지만 위협에 대한 탐지에서 신속한 대응으로 이어지기 위한 위기 상황의 시스템 관리도 일부 직무로서 포괄하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통해 아직 연구되지 않던 물리보안시스템 전문가의 직무를 대상으로 직무 유형 모델을 탐색하였으며 이 연구 결과를 토대로 향후 진행될 관련분야 연구의 기초자료를 제공하기를 기대한다.

This research conducts an exploratory analysis of the job roles of physical security system experts, presenting a detailed view of their professional responsibilities. TF, TF-IDF frequency analysis, co-occurrence word analysis, and concordance analysis were conducted for multifaceted analysis of job data in domestic and foreign job announcements, and conclusions were drawn by synthesizing them. It was found that various jobs required for the implementation of physical security systems, covering the entire range of jobs according to the lifecycle for system implementation, include the development and application of policies and procedures related to the system, evaluation for the continuous operation of the system, and training for effective operation. Additionally, the scope encompasses cooperative functions like system support, along with roles in emergency response. Although the main role of physical security systems is detection, it was found that some jobs include system management in crisis situations to move from detection to rapid response to threats. This study pioneers in modeling job types for physical security system professionals, a relatively unexplored area, and anticipates that its findings will lay the groundwork for future research in this domain.
