공동주택 경비원 관련 연구에 대한 탐색적 분석: KCI 등재지를 중심으로

Exploratory Analysis of Research on Security Guard of the Multi-family Housing

본 연구는 공동주택경비원과 관련하여 KCI 등재지에 게재된 연구물을 대상으로 총 27편을 연도별 연구 추이, 유형별 추이, 연구주제별 추이로 정리하고 동향을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2011년부터 2023년까지 2012, 2016, 2017년을 제외하고 꾸준한 연구가 지속되고 있다. 둘째, 유형별 추이에 따른 분석결과는 질적 연구방법, 양적 연구방법, 혼합 연구방법 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구주제별 추이에 따른 결과는 관련 법률에 관한 연구가 가장 많았으며 다음으로 근무환경, 공동주택경비원의 심리적 요인의 순으로 나타났다. 2020년을 전후로 공동주택경비원을 대상으로 한 다양한 주제와 연구방법으로 연구의 범위 가 넓어졌다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 연구주제에 대하여 균형적이지 못하며, 관련 법률 연구로 편중되는 경향을 보여주고 있다. 향후, 연구에서는 공동주택에서 이루어지고 있는 경비 업무에 대한 범위를 확대할 필요가 있다.

This study organized a total of 27 studies published in KCI-registered journals related to apartment security guards into research trends by year, trend by type, and trend by research topic, and analyzed the trends. The results are as follows. First, steady research is continuing from 2011 to 2023, except for 2012, 2016, and 2017. Second, the analysis results according to the trend by type were in the following order. qualitative research method, quantitative research method, and mixed research method. Third, the results according to trends by research topic showed that the most research was on related laws, followed by working environment and psychological factors of apartment security guards. It can be said that the scope of research has expanded to various topics and research methods targeting apartment security guards around 2020. However, the research topics are not balanced and tend to be concentrated on related legal studies. In the future, there is a need to expand the scope of security work performed in apartment complexes in research.
