탄소중립 실현을 위한 이산화탄소 동결포집 기술개발 기획

This study establishes a technology development roadmap for the CCUS sector for the 2050 carbon neutrality scenario and carbon reduction targets in major countries such as the United States, the EU, and China, and provides an energy technology roadmap for domestic carbon neutrality in 2050. Carbon capture and storage technology was selected as one of the 13 major areas of research and development strategy established by the government. Carbon dioxide capture technology has been expanded to address direct and indirect carbon emissions, but processes have been developed that are suitable for most large-scale facilities and factories, and are suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises. Capturing carbon dioxide is currently difficult. Therefore, effective techniques are needed for small and medium-sized enterprises to apply CO2 capture and treatment technologies. In order to realize a carbon-neutral society, this research proposes the development of plant technology that can freeze carbon dioxide emitted from greenhouse gas emissions facilities in cities, capture it in solid form, and then liquefy and store it. We will present how not only facilities and factories but also small and medium-sized businesses can contribute to carbon neutrality through carbon capture.
