문화예술향유 교양교육에 대한 대학생의 인식 탐색

A Study on Students’ Perceptions of Liberal Arts Education for Cultural Arts Enjoyment

본 연구는 문화예술향유 교양 교육에 대한 대학생들의 인식 및 인식 영향요인 탐색을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 A 대학의 해당 강좌 수강생을 대상으로 교양 교육 전의 인식, 교양 교육 현황에 대한 인식, 교양 교육 후의 인식에 대한심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 더하여 문화예술향유 교양 교육 인식 영향요인을 도출하고자 개방형 설문을 하였고, 이후 교육전문가의 FGI를 통하여 최종 영향요인이 도출되었다. 연구결과, 학생들이 교양강좌 수강 전 학교문화예술교육 경험이 있는점, 예술에 대한 심리적 장벽이 있는 점 등을 확인하였고, 교육 현황과 관련하여 교과과정, 평가 방식, 교수자, 교육환경, 교육 효과에 대한 다양한 의견이 도출되었다. 교육 후 학생들은 예술과 삶을 연계한 예술향유 의사를 밝혔다. 강좌의 인식 영향요인 탐색결과 교과과정, 교육환경, 교수자, 교육 효과의 4개 요인(20개 세부요인)이 도출되었다. 이상의 논의를 토대로 문화예술향유 교양 교육의 방향성에 대해 제언하였다.

This study was conducted for the purpose of exploring university students’ perceptions of liberal arts education for cultural arts enjoyment. For this purpose, in-depth interviews were conducted with students taking the course at a university. In addition, an open-ended survey was conducted with students in order to examine the factors that influence their perception of liberal arts education for cultural arts enjoyment. Through this, the final influencing factors were derived through the FGI of educational experts. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that students had experience with school culture and arts education before taking classes, and also that there were psychological barriers to the arts. Regarding the current status of education, various opinions were expressed about curriculum, instructors, educational environment, and educational effectiveness. After taking classes, the students announced that they would continue to enjoy art. As a result of the influential factor search, four factors (20 detailed factors) were derived: curriculum, educational environment, instructor, and educational effectiveness. Based on the above discussion, a direction of liberal arts education for enjoyment of culture and arts was suggested.
