The results of the analysis are as follow. First, the average score of resilience of speech-language pathologist was the total score was 25.04 points, similar to the scores of general adults in our country. Second, among individual variables, there was a significant difference between groups in resilience scores according th gender, age, level of qualification, and educational background, but there was no difference according to marital status and career. Third, among the institute variables, there was a significant difference in the resilience score of according to the type of work and number of people in charge but showed no significant differences, working periods, position, and number of other areas of expertise. In summary, the overall level of resilience of speech-language pathologists is similar to that of the general adult.
