세대통합 문화예술교육 프로그램 개선 방안 연구: 꿈다락 문화예술학교 사례 분석을 중심으로

A Study on Improvement Strategies for Cross-Generational Culture and Arts Education Programs: A Case Analysis of the Ggoomdarak Cultural Arts School

본 연구는 초고령화 사회에 대응하는 세대통합 문화예술교육 프로그램을 분석하여 다양한 지역 차원에서 활용할 수 있는 세대통합 형태의 문화예술교육 프로그램의 발전 방향과 개선점을 도출하는 데에 목적을 둔다. 이를 위해 세대통합에 대한 이론적 고찰과 함께 한국문화예술교육진흥원 선행 연구 분석을 통해 국내외 사례에서의 주요 시사점을 도출하였다. 사례 분석 지표는 한국문화예술교육진흥원(2019) <유아 문화예술교육 지원사업 프로그램 컨설팅・평가지표 및 자가점검표>와 <세대통합 문화예술교육 프로그램 기획 역량 지표>를 통합하고 재구성하여 설정하였다. 개발한 지표는 꿈다락 문화예술학교 지원사업(전 생애)의 문헌 연구와 함께 지원사업 개편에 따른 2023 금천문화재단 실(LINE)×천(FABRIC)=력(ACTING) 프로젝트 전 생애 대상 ‘천으로 놀다’ 프로그램 현장 관찰과 사업 담당자 인터뷰를 통해 수집한 자료를 분석하는데 적용하였다. 그 결과 세 가지 개선점으로 프로그램 내용 및 그에 따른 형식이 양질로 설계된 형식의 중요성, 다세대 대상 세대통합 문화예술교육 프로그램 구조 확대의 필요성, 지역 고유의 문화 자원과 정체성을 활용한 세대통합 문화예술교육 프로그램 기획 전략의 필요성을 도출하였다.

This study aims to analyze a cross-generational cultural and arts education program that addresses the challenges of an aging society. To achieve this, a theoretical review of cross-generational integration was conducted, along with an analysis of prior research by the Korean Arts and Culture Education Service. Key insights from domestic and international cases were identified. The case analysis indicators were integrated and restructured, and the developed indicators were applied to the analysis of data collected through literature research on the Ggoomdarak Cultural and Art School support program (lifespan) and on-site observations of the ‘Play with Fabric’ program targeting all ages (family) under the 2023 Geumcheon Cultural Foundation's LINE×FABRIC=ACTING project. As a result, three improvement points were derived: the importance of well-designed content and its corresponding format, the necessity for expanding the structure of cross-generational cultural and arts education programs targeting multiple generations, and the need for strategic planning of cross-generational cultural and arts education programs utilizing regional cultural resources and identity.
