다문화가정의 놀이치료에 대한 연구동향 -국내 학술지 및 학위논문을 중심으로

Research trends on Play Therapy in multicultural families - Focusing on domestic academic journals and theses

본 연구는 다문화가정의 놀이치료에 대한 연구동향을 분석하여 다문화가정의 놀이치료 연구의 기초자료를 제공하고 학문적 발전의 방향성을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 2008년부터 2023년 6월까지 발표된 국내 학술지 21편과 석사 및 박사학위논문 16편을 합한 총 37편의 다문화가정의 놀이치료 논문을 대상으로, 출판연도, 연구 대상, 연구 방법, 중재기법, 연구회기 및 시간 등의 빈도분석을 통해 연구 문제를 분석하였다. 그 결과 출판연도별 연구동향은 2011년부터 2015년까지 연구가 가장 많이 발표되었으며, 연구 대상의 특성은 다문화가정 아동을 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았다. 연구 방법으로는 양적 연구가 가장 많이 진행되었으며, 개입 회기는 9~16회기, 회기 당 시간은 40분 이상~60분 미만으로 가장 많이 진행되었다. 또한 집단으로 진행된 경우가 가장 많았으며, 중재기법은 놀이치료, 치료놀이 순으로 가장 많은 빈도를 차지하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 다문화가정의 놀이치료 연구동향을 살펴보고, 기존 연구 경향에서 보다 좀 더 다각적인 연구 방향을 모색할 수 있기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze research trends on Play Therapy in multicultural families, provide basic data for trends on Play Therapy research in multicultural families, and suggests directions for academic development. For this purpose, a total of 37 papers on Play Therapy for multicultural families, including 21 domestic academic journals and 16 master's and doctoral theses published from 2008 to June 2023, were studied. The research problem was analyzed through frequency analysis of publication year, research topics, research method, intervention technique, research session and time on Play Therapy for multicultural families. As a result, research trends by publication year showed that the most studies were published from 2011 to 2015, and in terms of the characteristics of the research topics, most studies were conducted on children from multicultural families. The most common research method targeting children from multicultural families was quantitative research, and the most common intervention sessions were conducted in 9 to 16 sessions, with the time per session ranging from more than 40 minutes to less than 60 minutes. In addition, most cases were conducted in groups, and the most frequent intervention techniques were Play Therapy and Theraplay, in that order. Through these results, we aim to examine the research trends on Play Therapy in multicultural families and seek more diverse research directions than existing research trends.
