간호대학생의 학업탄력성, 협력성향, 메타인지가 학업적응에 미치는 영향요인

Purpose: This study investigated nursing academic adjustment, academic resilience, collaborative preference, and metacogni-tion, and identified factors influencing academic adjustment of nursing students. Methods: Participants were 118 1st and 2nd year students. Data were collected from June to August 2023. Results: The mean score of academic adjustment in nursing students was 3.85±0.57. Academic adjustment explained 56.0% of the variance in academic resilience (=0.53, p<.001), collaborative preference (=0.18, p =.015), metacognition (=0.18, p =.022) in order. Conclusion: At the onset of nursing education, academic resilience and collaborative preference are significant factors that greatly impact academic adjustment. Efforts should continue to be made in developing a variable of educational programs to enhance academic resilience and collaborative preferences.
