병원간호사의 간호전문직관과 호혜성이 직무배태성에 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study aims to examine the influence of nursing professionalism and reciprocity on job embeddedness among hospital nurses. Methods: Employing a descriptive analysis approach, this study engaged 211 nurses working at general hospitals with a bed capacity of 100s or more. Data was collected between March 29 and April 21, 2022, and then analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression through the SPSS 28.0 program. Results: The regression model was statistically significant, explaining a 45.8% variance in job embeddedness. The most influen-tial factor in job embeddedness was reciprocity, followed by monthly income, marital status, and nursing professionalism. Conclusion: Thus, it is imperative for nursing organizations and hospitals to cultivate fair and collaborative relationships with various health care professionals, while also ensuring appropriate rewards for nursing contributions. In addition, there is a need to develop and implement management programs geared toward improving the level of nursing professionalism.
