교육생태계가 급변하고 있는 현 시점에서 학교현장에서의 미래교육의 의미와 목적에 대한 탐색이 무엇보다 필요하며, 이를 실현하기 위한 논의 또한 다각도로 이루어져야 하는 상황이다. 이러한 실현 방안의 하나로 IB 교육과정이 국내에 도입, 공교육에서 실행되고 있으나, 기대와 우려가 공존하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 기대와 우려에 대해 논하기 위해 IB MYP 인증학교의 수업-평가 사례(언어와 문학)를 살펴보고, 교육과정 운영의 틀로서 교수-학습에 미치는 영향과 학습자와 교사의 교육 경험에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 또한 이를 근거로 IB MYP와 국가수준 교육과정 결합의 적합성과 타당성, 운영의 방향성에 대해 탐색해 볼 것이다.
At a time when the educational ecosystem is rapidly changing, exploration of the meaning and purpose of future education in schools is more necessary, and discussions to realize this must also take place from various angles. As one of these realization measures, the IB curriculum has been introduced in Korea and implemented in public education, but the reality is that expectations and concerns coexist. To discuss these expectations and concerns, we look at teaching-assessment cases (language and literature) at IB MYP-certified schools, As a framework for curriculum operation, we would like to discuss the impact on teaching and learning and the educational experience of learners and teachers. Additionally, based on this, we will explore the suitability, feasibility, and direction of operation of combining the IB MYP with the national level curriculum.
