백워드 설계에 기반한 중국 전문대학 질 관리의 역량중심 교육과정 개발 방향

Direction for the Development of Competency-Based Curriculum for Quality Management in Chinese College based on Backward Design

본 연구의 목적은 백워드 설계에 기반한 중국 전문대학 질 관리의 역량중심 교육과정 개발 방향을 찾고자 하는 것이다. 이런 목적을 달성하기 위해 교육과정에 관련된 문헌 연구를 통해 중국 전문대학 교육과정을 문제점을 분석하여 새로운 교육과정 개발 방향을 제안하였다. 전문대학 교육과정의 주로 문제는 교과목 구성의 문제, 교수 학습의 문제, 교육과정 평가의 문제이다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해 그 방안으로 역량중심 교육과정의 개발, 성과기반 교육과정의 개발, 질 관리의 교육과정 개발 방향을 새롭게 제안하였다. 결론적으로 이런 개발 방향이 백워드 설계에 기반 질관리의 역량중심 교육과정을 개발하는 데 실용적이고 효과적이다.또 이런 연구 결과가 향후 중국 전문대학 인재 양성에 시사점을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to find a direction for the development of competency-based curriculum for quality management in Chinese college based on backward design. To achieve this purpose, a new curriculum development direction was proposed by analyzing the problems of the Chinese college curriculum through literature research related to the curriculum. The main problems of the college curriculum are the problem of subject composition, teaching and learning, and curriculum evaluation. In order to solve this problem, a new direction for the development of a competency-based curriculum, the development of a performance-based curriculum, and the development of a curriculum for quality management were proposed as a solution. In conclusion, this development direction is practical and effective in developing a competency-based curriculum of quality management based on backward design. In addition, the results of this study suggested implications for the future talent training of college in China.
