발달장애인 식행동과 영양섭취 관련 국내 연구동향 및 향후 연구과제 고찰

A Review of Domestic Research Trends and Future Research Directions on Feeding Behaviors and Nutritional Intake in Individuals with Developmental Disabilities

본 연구는 발달장애인의 장애특성으로 인한 식행동 및 영양섭취의 어려움과 이로 인한 건강상의 문제와 관련하여 이루어지고 있는 국내 연구의 전반적인 동향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 PRISMA Flow Diagram의 과정에 따라 2000년 이후부터 발달장애인의 식행동과 영양섭취와 직접적인 관련이 있는 국내 논문을 기준과 절차에 따라 최종적으로 18편을 선정하였으며, 선정된 문헌 중 연구자가 구체적으로 문헌 고찰이 가능한 11편을 대상으로 심층분석 하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 연구주제의 다양화와 적절한 식행동과 영양섭취를 통한 건강강화 프로그램개발 등 실제 현장에서 필요한 연구의 활성화와 지속적인 식행동과 영양섭취 지원을 위한 연구대상의 확대가 필요하였다. 또한 연구결과의 보다 심층적 이해를 위한 다양한 연구방법이 필요한 것으로 도출되었다. 도출된 본 연구의 결과는 발달장애인의 건강한 식행동과 영양섭취를 위한 교육과 프로그램의 개발, 더 나아가 관련 정책 개발을 위한 기초자료로 제언하였다.

This study analyzed the overall trends in domestic research related to the difficulties in feeding behavior and nutrient intake caused by the characteristics of disabilities in individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as the health issues associated with them. For this purpose, this study followed the PRISMA Flow Diagram process to select 18 domestic papers published after 2000 that directly relate to the feeding behavior and nutrient intake of individuals with developmental disabilities. Among the selected literature, 11 papers were subjected to in-depth analysis, allowing for a detailed literature review by the researchers. The analysis results are as follows: There is a need for diversification of research topics and an increase in the scope of research targeting the development of health enhancement programs through appropriate feeding behavior and nutrient intake. Furthermore, there is a necessity for the activation of research that meets practical needs in the field and continuous expansion of research targeting support for feeding behavior and nutrient intake. Furthermore, it was concluded that diversification of research methods is necessary for a deeper understanding of the research results. The findings of this study suggest that the results should serve as foundational data for the development of education and programs aimed at promoting healthy feeding behavior and nutrient intake among individuals with developmental disabilities. Moreover, they should contribute to the formulation of relevant policies.
