장애인 교원 연구 동향: 인적지원을 중심으로

Domestic Research Trends on Disabled Teachers: Focusing on Human Support

본 연구에서는 장애인 교원을 주제로 한 연구 중 인적지원 관련 국내 연구 동향을 파악하여 그 의미와 필요에 대하여 논의하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 2010년 장애인 교원 임용에 대한 장애인 대학생이 인식을 조사한 연구에서부터 2022년 10월까지 국내 학술지와 학위논문, 연구보고서로 발표된 총 22편의 논문을 선정하여 전반적인 연구 동향과 인적지원 관련 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 첫째, 2010년, 2011년 각 2편, 2013년, 2014년 각 1편, 2015년 3편, 2016년 1편, 2017년 2편, 2019년 3편, 2020년 1편, 2021년 3편이 발표되었다. 둘째, 장애유형별로 나누어보면, 시각장애인 교원으로 참여자로 한 연구가 9편으로 가장 많았으며, 청각장애인 교원을 참여자로 한 연구 4편, 지체 및 뇌병변 장애인 교원을 대상으로 한 연구 6편, 그리고 장애 대학생을 대상으로 한 연구 2편, 동료 및 학부모를 대상으로 한 연구 2편이 있었다. 본 연구는 장애인 교원을 주제로 한 연구에서 인적지원의 필요성에 대해 논의하고 있지만, 구체적으로 인적지원을 배치하는 방법 및 절차, 법적 제도적 방안에 대한 구체적 연구가 부족하였다. 장애인 교원에게 안정적으로 인적지원이 제공되기 위해서는 관련된 집중적이고 실천적인 후속연구가 필요하다.

This study aimed to explore the domestic research trends related to human support for disabled teachers, beginning with an investigation into the significance and necessity of such support. For this purpose, a study was conducted that selected a total of 22 papers published in academic journals, dissertations, and research reports from a survey of disabled university students' perceptions of the employment of disabled teachers in 2010 to October 2022. The study analyzed the overall research trends and conducted an analysis related to human support. The results of this study are as follows: In 2010 and 2011, two papers each were published. In 2013, 2014, and 2016, one paper each was published. In 2015, 2017, 2019, 2020, and 2021, multiple papers were published.Secondly, when divided by disability types, the highest number of studies (9 papers) focused on visually impaired teachers as participants. There were 4 studies that involved hearing-impaired teachers as participants, 6 studies that targeted teachers with physical and brain disabilities, 2 studies that focused on disabled university students, and 2 studies that involved colleagues and parents as participants. This study emphasizes the necessity of human support for disabled teachers but lacks specific research on the methods, procedures, and legal measures for implementing such support. Further focused and practical research is required to ensure stable human support for disabled teachers.
