크리스천부모의 리더십코칭 역량계발을 위한 사례연구: ‘캐롤리더선생님’ 프로그램 활용

본 연구는 크리스천 리더십모델인 CAROL(2009)과 크리스천 리더십코칭모델인 GOD 4N(2019)을 기반으로 크리스천 교사를 대상으로 개발된 <캐롤리더선생님>프로그램을 활용하여 크리스천 부모들의 리더십코칭 효과를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 11명의 크리스천 부모(3명의 아버지와 8명의 어머니)를 대상으로 <캐롤리더선생님>프로그램은 어떻게 재구성 되는가와 <캐롤리더선생님>프로그램을 활용한 성경말씀을 부모에게 적합하도록 재구성하는 것이었다. 이를 위해 1명의 마스터코치와 2명의 아동복지 분야 박사이면서 한국코치협회 전문코치(KPC)를 포함한 총3명에게 타당도 과정을 거친 결과 ‘거룩’과 ‘교육’에 관한 총 52가지 말씀으로 구성할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 연구방법으로는 코칭 과정에서 발생한 모든 내용을 녹음하고 전사하여 워드클라우드 분석 방법을 사용하여 데이터를 분석하였다. 또한 연구의 사전 및 사후 차이를 분석하기 위해 연구 참여자들에게 153 코칭페이퍼를 사용하여 자신들의 신앙점수를 체크하도록 하고 이를 연구결과와 비교하였다. 연구결과 사전점수는 150점 만점에 950점이었던 반면 사후검사에서는 150점 중 120점으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 이는 <캐롤리더선생님>프로그램의 ‘받은말씀코칭’ 방법을 사용할 때 향후 크리스천 부모 뿐만 아니라 크리스천 모든 대상들에게도 적용될 수 있음을 시사 받았다.

The purpose of this study was to develop the leadership coaching competence of Christian parents and analyse the effectiveness of the <Carol Leader Teacher> programme developed for Christian teachers based on CAROL (2009), a Christian leadership model, and GOD 4N (2019), a Christian leadership coaching model. To do this, 11 Christian parents (3 fathers and 8 mothers) were interviewed to see how the Caring Teacher programme was restructured and how the biblical texts used in the Caring Teacher programme were adapted to suit parents. For this purpose, we conducted a validation process with three people, including one master coach and two PhDs in the field of child welfare and a professional coach of the Korean Coach Association (KPC), and confirmed that a total of 52 messages on 'holiness' and 'education' could be composed. The research methodology included recording and transcribing everything that happened during the coaching process and analysing the data using the word cloud analysis method. In addition, to understand the pre- and post-study differences, the participants were asked to check their faith scores using the 153 Coaching Pepper and compare them with the results of the study. The results showed that the pre-test score was 150 out of 950, while the post-test score was 120 out of 150, showing a significant difference. This suggests that the 'Received Word Coaching' method of the Caring Teacher programme could be applied to all Christians, not just Christian parents, in the future.
