그림책 창작프로그램이 장애위험 유아 어머니의 감정조절 개선 및 양육 스트레스에 미치는 영향에 관한 단일사례연구

A Single Case Study on a Picture Book Creation Program Effect to Improve Emotion Control and Parenting Stress in the Mother of a Young Child at Risk for Disabilities

본 연구에서는 그림책 창작프로그램이 장애위험 유아 어머니의 감정조절 개선과 양육 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 I시에 거주하는 장애위험 유아 어머니 1명을 대상으로 선정하였다. 그림책 창작프로그램을 구성․적용하여 주 1회 총 12회기를 실시하였고, 통합스트레스(IESS)와 한국판 부모 양육 스트레스 검사 4판 단축형(K-PSI-4-SF) 사전․사후 검사 결과를 통한 장애위험 유아 어머니의 감정조절과 양육 스트레스의 변화를 확인하였다. 매회기 구조화된 질문을 활용한 면담내용 분석을 통해서 개선 과정의 결과 변화를 확인하였고, 중재 종결 후 그림책 창작프로그램의 효과가 장애위험 유아 어머니 감정조절 개선 및 양육 스트레스의 변화가 유지되는지 확인하기 위해서 5회기 면담 및 프로그램 적용을 진행하였다. 본 연구 결과, 통합스트레스(IESS) 검사와 한국판 부모 양육 스트레스(K-PSI-4-SF) 사전․사후검사 결과 측정 비교에서 그림책 창작프로그램이 장애위험 유아 어머니의 감정조절 개선과 양육 스트레스에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organizing and applying a picture book creation program to improve emotional control on the parenting stress of the mother of a young child at risk for disabilities. The study selected the mother of living in I city. To this end, the picture book creation program to improve emotional control was organized, applied and conducted once a week for 12 sessions. Integrated Evaluation of Stress and Stress Vulnerability and Korean-Parenting Stress Index 4th Edition Short Form were used pre- and post-test. Changes in results were confirmed. Changes in the results of the improvement process were confirmed through analysis of interview content using structured questions during sessions, and 5 sessions of interviews and program application were conducted to confirm whether the effect on parenting stress through improved emotion control was maintained after the conclusion of the session. The results of this study showed that the picture book creation program showed significant changes in improving the emotional regulation on the parenting stress of the mother in a comparison of the pre-and post-test results of the Integrated Stress Test(IESS) and the Korean version of Parenting Stress (K-PSI-4-SF). It was confirmed that the picture book creation program had a significant effect on improving the parenting stress of the mother of the young child at risk.
