국내 중장년 노후준비 양적 연구에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰

Systematic Reviews on Quantitative Research on the Preparation for Old Age in Korea

이 연구는 중장년 노후준비에 관한 국내 선행연구를 분석하여 연구의 실태와 쟁점을 파악하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 이 연구는 한국보건의료연구원이 제안한 체계적 문헌고찰 방법에 따라 총 117개의 문헌을 수집하였고 수집한 문헌을 종합 및 분석하여 중장년 노후준비 관련 국내 연구 현황과 중장년 노후준비 관련 변인의 특징을 보고하였다. 연구 결과, 중장년 노후준비 중 경력 준비에 관한 학술적 논의가 활발히 이루어지지 못하였고 둘째, 중장년의 연령 구분이 선행연구마다 상이하였으며 셋째, 중장년 노후준비의 개념이 선행연구마다 다소 상이하였다. 넷째, 중장년 노후준비 측정도구는 인지적, 행동적 활동뿐만 아니라 노후준비의 의향/의도와 현재 상태를 측정하였고 다섯째, 중장년 노후준비 및 각 구성요인과 관련 변인 간 관계가 일관되지 않게 보고된 연구가 있었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 후속 연구 수행 시, 중장년 노후준비의 개념적 합의를 바탕으로 연구를 수행하고 개념에 따라 측정도구의 문항을 구성하며 경력을 노후준비의 영역으로 포함하는 것이 필요함을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to identify realities and issues of studies by analyzing previous domestic studies on the preparation for old age. To this end, this study collected a total of 117 literatures according to the systematic reviews proposed by the Korea Institute of Health and Medical Care, synthesized and analyzed the collected literature, and reported the current status of domestic research and the characteristics of variables related to preparation for old age. As a result of the study, academic discussions on career preparation during old age were not actively conducted. Second, the age classification of old age was different in each previous study. Third, the concept of preparation for old age was different in each previous study. Fourth, measurement on the preparation for old age measured not only cognitive and behavioral activities, but also the intention of preparing for old age and the current state after preparing. Based on the results of the study, it was discussed that it is necessary to carry out research based on the conceptual agreement of preparation for old age, compose items of measurement according to the concept, and include career as an domain of preparation for old age.
