학대 피해 청소년에 대한 상담자의 역전이 경험

The Counselor’s Countertransference Experience towards Abusive Victim Youth

본 연구의 목적은 학대 피해 청소년에 대한 상담자의 역전이 경험을 심도 깊게 이해하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 학대 피해 청소년을 만나는 상담자 8인을 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 실시하여 Giorgi의 기술적 현상학 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면, 먼저 상황적 구조는 10개의 구성요소와 22개의 하위 구성요소로 전개되었다. 일반적 구조는 내현적 반응과 외현적 반응은 순환적 관계를 가지며 그 과정에서 맥락적 요인이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본질적 의미는‘학대 피해 청소년과 상담자의 사랑 받고 싶은 어린 자아 간의 상호작용’으로 나타났다. 부연하면, 학대 피해 청소년과 상담자의 인간적이며 연약한 어린 자아 간에 서로 영향을 주고 받으며 나타나는 혼돈의 경험으로 이해할 수 있다. 연구 결과는 학대 피해 청소년을 만나는 상담자의 전문적 역할에 도움을 제공해 줄 수 있는 역전이 관련 슈퍼비전과 교육 분석에 실질적인 도움을 제공하며 교육프로그램 개발과 후속연구를 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to understand the counselor’s countertransference experience of abusive victim youth. Interviews were conducted with eight counselors who met abused adolescents and analyzed using phenomenology method. Looking at the results of the study, it was first confirmed that the situational structure was developed according to 10 components and 22 sub- components. The essential meaning appeared to be ‘the interaction between the young self of abusive victim youth and the counselor who want to be loved.’ In other words, it can be understood as an experience of confusion that occurs between the abused youth and the counselor’s human and vulnerable young self. This study will be able to provide in supervision for counselors who meet abusive victim youth. Additionally, it can be used as basic data for follow-up studies.
