아동청소년 통합스트레스 검사(IESS-A)의 단축형 구성

Short Form of Integrated Evaluation of Stress and Stress Vulnerability-Adolescent(IESS-A)

연구목적: 이 연구는 문항반응이론을 적용하여 아동청소년 통합스트레스 검사(IESS-A)의 문항 중 상대적으로 문항 양호도가 우수한 소수 문항들을 추출하여 IESS-A의 단축형을 구성하고, 그 신뢰도와 타당도를 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: IESS-A의 표준화표본 자료를 이용하여 문항반응모형 중 등급반응모형(graded response model)을 적용하여 1부 스트레스 반응(신체화, 우울, 불안, 분노, 공격행동), 2부 스트레스 취약성(의존성, 충동성, 회피성)과 보호요인(효능감, 낙관성, 통제력), 3부 스트레스인(자신, 진로, 부모, 또래, 교사, 학업) 척도에 속한 총 18개 하위척도 155개 문항의 문항변별도 크기, 문항범주난이도 간격의 균일성, 문항정보함수, 해당 문항과 나머지 문항 전체와의 상관계수 및 해당 문항을 제거했을 때의 신뢰도 지수(alpha if item deleted)를 종합적으로 검토하여 최종적으로 91개 문항으로 IESS-A의 단축형을 구성하였다. 연구결과: 이렇게 구성한 IESS-A 단축형의 신뢰도를 알아보기 위해 원척도와의 상관, 척도별 내적 합치도, 검사­재검사 신뢰도를 검토한 결과, 원척도와의 상관은 하위척도별로 .90～.99(중앙치 .97), 척도별 내적 합치도는 .68～.92(중앙치 .86), 검사-재검사 신뢰도는 .37～.87(중앙치 .72)의 범위이었고, IESS-A 단축형의 스트레스 요인, 취약성, 보호요인, 스트레스 반응은 동일하거나 유사한 개념을 측정하는 타당성 지표와 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 이러한 결과는 IEES-A 단축형이 아동청소년의 스트레스를 보다 짧은 시간 내에 통합적으로 측정하기 위한 검사도구로 학교 현장에서 효과적으로 활용될 수 있음을 시사한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to construct an abbreviated form of IESS-A by extracting a small number of items with relatively excellent item quality among the items of the IESS-A by applying the item response theory, and to find out its reliability and validity. Method: Using the standardized sample data of IESS-A, a graded response model was applied to determine response (somatization disorder, depression, anxiety, anger, aggression behavior), part 2 stress vulnerability (dependence, impulsiveness, avoidance) and protective factors (efficacy, optimism, control), part 3 stressors (self, career, parent, peer, teacher, academic) A total of 18 subscales 155 questions, item discrimination size, item difficulty interval uniformity, item information function, The correlation coefficient between the question and the rest of the question and the alpha item deleted when the question was removed were comprehensively reviewed, and finally, the shortened form of IESS-A was formed with 91 questions. Results: In order to find out the reliability of the IESS-A shortened type, the correlation with the original scale, the internal consistency of each scale, and the reliability of the test-re-test were reviewed .90 to .99 (median value .97) for each sub-scale, the internal consistency of each scale ranged from .68 to .92 (median value .86), and the reliability of the test-re-test ranged from .37 to .87 (median value .72), and it was found that the stressors, vulnerability, protective factors and stress responses of IESS-A short form were correlated with the validity indicators that measure the same or similar concepts. Conclusion: These results suggest that the IEES-A short form can be effectively used in school settings as a testing tool to comprehensively test the stress of children and adolescents in a shorter period of time.
