Methods: Data were collected using questionnaires from 218 nursing students who were 3rd and 4th years of college. The data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 29.0 program with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: Clinical practice adaptation showed a positive correlation with grit(r=.34, p<.001), integrating(r=.32, p<.001), and compromising(r=.20, p=.003), and a negative correlation with avoiding(r=-.17, p=.013). As a multiple regression analysis, the factors significantly influencing the adapta-tion to clinical practice were satisfaction with clinical practice, satisfaction with the nursing department, perseverance of ef-fort, use of integrating and motivation of major selection(attitude), and total explanatory power was 41.8% (F=10.73, p<.001).
