한국 정서형 유머 이해능력 검사도구 개발을 위한 예비연구

Developing and Validating a Korean Humor Comprehension Tool

유머는 인지능력, 언어능력, 정서, 행동 등의 통합적인 과정으로 생각된다. 이 연구에서는 한국 정서에 맞는 유머 이해능력 검사 문항을 개발하여 타당도를 살펴보고자 하였다. 유머 이해능력 검사는 국내외 문헌들을 번안 수정하여 20개의 설문문항을 개발하였다. 이후 일반 성인 18명을 대상으로 설문문항의 구성요인을 조사하여 총 15개의 문항으로 수정하였다. 수정된 문항에 대한 문항이해도 및 타당도 조사를 위해 초등학생에서 성인까지 총 102명을 대상으로 설문문항을 실시하였다. 전체 문항의 신뢰도를 조사하기 위해 cronbach‘s alpha를 실시하였다. 15개의 문항의 전체 정답률은 75.88%였고, 집단별로 살펴보면 초등학생이 60%, 중학생 64%, 고등학생 81%, 성인 92%로 나타났다. 전체 항목 수에 대한 신뢰도는 .799이고, 상관성이 가장 낮은 5번을 삭제할 경우 .802로 나타났다. 본 연구의 유머이해 능력 검사는 12세 이상 아동에서 60세 이하 성인을 대상으로 유머이해 능력을 선별하는데 적합한 것을 알 수 있다.

Humor is thought to be an integrated process of various domains such as cognition, language, emotion, and behavior. This study aimed to develop a humor comprehension test that fits the Korean context and examine its validity. 20 items of the humor comprehension test were developed by revising and modifying domestic and foreign literature. Afterward, 18 general adults of various ages were surveyed to examine the components of the questionnaire and revised and supplemented it to a total of 15 questions. To investigate the item understanding and validity of the 15 revised items, a total of 102 people from elementary school students to adults were surveyed. Cronbach's alpha was conducted to examine the reliability of all items Based on the results of the factor analysis, the items were reduced to 15 items. The overall correct response rate of the test was 75.88%, and the correct response rate by group was 60% for elementary school students, 64% for middle school students, 81% for high school students, and 92.6% for adults. The reliability for the total number of items in the test was .799, and .802 when the least correlated item 5 was removed. The humor comprehension test developed in this study is suitable for screening humor comprehension in general children over 12 years old and adults under 60 years old.
