발달 장애인의 사회참여에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

Factors affecting Social Participation of people with Developmental Disabilities

본 연구의 목적은 발달장애인의 사회참여에 영향을 미치는 요인을 인구학적 요인, 장애 및 건강요인, 사회적 요인, 심리정서적 요인을 구분해서 분석하는 것이다. 2021년 장애인고용패널조사 데이터(2차 웨이브 6차조사)를 활용하였으며, 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 각각의 요인을 순차적으로 투입하여 이들 요인의 상대적 영향력을 비교하였다. 분석결과를 종합적으로 살펴볼 때, 장애 및 건강요인, 심리정서적 요인의 영향력이 전반적으로 큼을 파악할 수 있었다. 분석결과에 의하면, 연령이 낮을수록, 배우자가 있는 경우, 타인의 도움이 필요한 정도가 낮을수록, 건강상태가 좋을수록, 대인관계능력이 높을수록, 자아존중감이 높을수록, 그리고 자기효능감이 높을수록 발달장애인의 사회참여 수준이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 분석결과에 기초하여 실천적 및 정책적 함의를 도출하였다.

The purpose of this current study is to analyze the factors that affect the social participation of people with developmental disabilities by dividing them into demographic factors, disability and health factors, social factors, and psychological as well as emotional factors. By using the 6st year data of second wave 2021 Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled (PSED), we executed hierarchical regression analyses to analyze each factor, and the relative influence of these factors was compared. Age, Marital Status, to the extent that was necessary for help from others, health status, interpersonal skill, self- esteem, self-efficacy have effect on social participation of people with developmental disabilities. Based on the results of this present study, practical as well as policy measures were presented to promote social participation of people with developmental disabilities.
