현장평가를 위한 체크리스트 개발과 적용성 검증: 채소 및 특용작물재배원 직무를 중심으로

A Study on the Development and Applicability of Checklist for On the Job Evaluation for the People with Significant Disabilities: Focusing on the duties of vegetable and special crop growers

이 연구는 발달장애 학생들의 현장 중심의 직업훈련 과정에서 직무 수준의 적합성과 직무성과 향상 여부를 파악하고자 개발된 현장평가 체크리스트의 타당성과 안정성을 검증함으로써 적용가능성을 높이고자 한다. 또한 발달장애인이 진입할 수 있는 직무에 대한 현장평가 체크리스트를 신규로 개발함으로써 현장중심의 직업훈련 사업의 체계성을 높이는데 도움이 되고자 한다. 따라서 이 연구는 문헌연구와 FGI 등을 통한 분석, 현장평가지의 문항내적 신뢰도, 평가자간 신뢰도 검증, 진전도 평가 등을 통해 현장 적용 가능성을 평가하고, 영역별 가중치를 산출을 위한 AHP분석을 실시하여 신규 직무현장평가 체크리스트 개발하고자 하였다. 그 결과 각 영역별 하위요인은 직무에 따라 차이가 있었으며 현장 적용성 평가결과는 문항내적 신뢰도와 전체 신뢰도가 통계적으로 유의한 결과로 나타났다. 나아가 채소 및 특용작물재배원 직무 현장평가 체크리스트를 개발하였다. 해당 직무를 수행하는 현장과 평가대상 이용자에게 적용 후 지속적인 검증과 개선과정이 이루어지다 보면 보다 적용성 높은 현장평가를 위한 평가지로 활용될 수 있을 것이며 이후 다양한 직무의 현장평가를 위한 체크리스트가 개발되는 기반이 될 수 있을 것이다.

This study aims to increase the applicability of on the job evaluation checklist developed to determine the suitability and improvement of job-level performance in the field-oriented vocational training process of students with developmental disabilities by verifying the validity and stability of the developed field evaluation checklist. In addition, by developing a new field evaluation checklist for jobs that can be entered by people with developmental disabilities, it is intended to help increase the systematicity of field-oriented vocational training projects. Therefore, this study was intended to develop a new on the job evaluation checklist by conducting AHP analysis to calculate weights for each area, and analyzing literature and FGI, internal reliability of on the job evaluation papers, reliability verification among evaluators, etc. Furthermore, a on the job evaluation checklist was developed for the job evaluation at the vegetable and special crop cultivation center. If the process of continuous verification and improvement is carried out after application to the field performing the job and the users subject to evaluation, it can be used as an evaluation paper for more applicable field evaluation, and it can serve as the basis for the development of a checklist for on the job evaluation of various jobs.
