지속가능한 디자인 수업이 중학교 1학년 학습자의 생태 감수성에 미치는 영향

The Effectiveness of Sustainable Design Education on Learners' Ecological Sensitivity

인류가 직면한 다양한 환경, 경제, 문화적 문제들을 해결하기 위해 국제사회는 인류의 삶을 유지하는 방법으로 지속가능발전을 위한 목표를 세우고 교육적 역할로 지속가능발전교육의 중요성을 강조하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 지속가능한 디자인 수업이 중학교 1학년 학습자의 생태 감수성에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구대상은 서울시 구로구 소재의 중학교 1학년 남·여학생 33명을 선정하였다. 이후, 수업의 효과성 검증을 위해 연구에서 수집된 사전﹡사후 생태 감수성 설문자료의 통계처리를 SPSS 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 생태 감수성 함양을 위한 지속가능한 디자인 수업은 중학교 1학년 학습자의 생태 감수성에 유의미한 영향과 지속가능한 미래, 자연과 생태, 환경문제의 이해와 자기표현, 타인 존중에 대한 인식변화에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 본 연구는 지속가능한 디자인 수업을 활용해 학습자의 생태 감수성 함양에 대한 영향을 살펴보고, 그 효과성을 검증한 데 의의가 있다.

The various environmental, economic, and cultural challenges facing humanity to address are the international community has set goals for sustainable development as a way to sustain human life, emphasizing the importance of education in achieving these goals. Therefore, this research aims to verify the effectiveness of sustainable design education on learners' ecological sensitivity through actual instruction. The research were conducted with 33 first-year male and female students of G Middle School located in Guro-gu, Seoul, selected as the research subjects. After, to verify the effectiveness of the class, the statistical processing of the pre-post ecological sensitivity questionnaire data collected in the research was analyzed using the SPSS program. The results of the research, sustainable design classes have a positive effect of first-year middle school students on cultivating ecological sensitivity and changing perceptions about relationships with the surrounding environment. This research is significant as it examines the impact of sustainable design classes on the cultivation of students' ecological sensitivity, and validates its effectiveness.
