부-자 가정 아동의 애착에 관한 표현예술치료 사례연구

The Case Study of Expressive Arts Therapy on Attachment of the Child in Single Father Family

본 연구는 부-자 가정 아동이 표현예술치료에서 어떠한 경험을 하였으며, 애착의 변화는 무엇인지 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 2022년 11월 15일부터 2023년 4월 25일까지 주 1∼2회, 60분씩, 사전, 사후 검사포함 25회기 동안 진행하였다. 보조자료로 새둥지화(BND)와 한국형 부·모 애착 척도(IPA)를 활용하여 사전·사후 검사를 실시하였다. 위의 자료를 바탕으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 표현예술치료는 불안정애착으로 인해 나타나는 분리불안과 소극적인 자기표현에 있어 다양한 방식으로 표현하는 과정에서 불안을 느끼지 않고 감정과 생각을 표현하게 되었다. 둘째, 표현예술치료는 아동으로 하여금 자신만의 놀이를 창조·확장하게 하였고 자신 및 타인과 긍정적으로 상호작용하는 경험을 하였다. 셋째, 새둥지화(BND)와 부·모 애착 척도(IPA)에서 긍정적인 변화를 보였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 표현예술치료가 부-자 가정 아동의 애착 변화에 긍정적인 영향을 주어 삶에도 지속적으로 변화가 나타나고 있다는 점에서 그 의의를 갖는다. 이러한 애착의 변화를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제언에 대해 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to find out what experiences child from single father family have experienced in expressive arts therapy and what changes in their attachments were. From November 15, 2022 to April 25, 2023, the child was conducted therapy in a treatment room at a local children's center located in A city, Gyeonggi-do for 25 sessions, including pre- and post-tests, 60 minutes each, once or twice a week. In the process of expressive arts therapy, recordings and video recordings, work and activity photos, session diaries, and transcripts were collected with the consent of the child and her father. The Birds Nest Drawing (BND), a projection drawing test which evaluates attachment and dynamics of family members was conducted for pre- and post-test. The Korean Inventory of Parent and Attachment (IPA) which measures attachment stability and instability was used as auxiliary data. The results of the analysis based on the above data are as follows. First, expressive arts therapy helped to reshape stable attachment of child from single father familly who experienced unstable attachment. Second, it showed positive changes in The Birds Nest Drawing (BND) and The Korean Inventory of Parent and Attachment (IPA). The results of this study are meaningful in that expressive arts therapy had a positive effect on the attachment change of child in single father family and the significance and limitations of this study were discussed based on the attachment change of child in single father family.
