결혼생활행복도, 가족 내 역할인식, 일·가정양립인식이 기혼여성의 출산계획에 미치는 영향

Effects of Marriage Happiness, Role Recognition in the Family and Work-Family Balance Recognition on Birth Planning of Married Women

본 연구는 기혼여성의 결혼생활행복도, 가족 내 역할인식, 일·가정양립인식이 출산계획에 미치는 영향의 규명을 목적으로 진행하였다. 연구를 위해서 여성가족패널(KLoWF) 제8차 년도 조사 자료(2020년)에서 출산계획에 대해 응답한 1,169명을 대상으로 분석한 겨로가는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기혼여성의 출산계획은‘있다’2.8%, ‘없다’91.3%, ‘모르겠다.’5.9%로 나타났다 둘째, 기혼여성의 출산계획이 있는 경우 출산 시기는 1년 이내가 45.5%로 가장 높으며, 출산계획이 있는 기혼여성이 향후 고려하는 자녀 수는‘2명’72.7%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 기혼여성의 결혼생활행복도는 자녀출산계획에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 가족 내 역할인식에서 본인책임인식은 자녀 출산계획에 부적인 영향을 미치며, 가족 내 역할인식에서 공동책임인식은 자녀출산계획에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 일 ․ 가정양립인식에서 일하는 것이 가정에 도움이 된다는 긍정적 인식은 자녀출산 계획에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 기혼여성의 건강상태가 좋은 편인 경우가 나쁜 편인 경우보다 출산계획이 유의미하게 높게 나타났다.

This study was conducted for the purpose of investigating the effect of married women's marriage happiness, role recognition in the family, and work-family balance recognition on childbirth planning. For the study, the data of 1,169 of the 6,222 married women who responded to the birth plan in the 8th year survey data (2020) of the Women's Family Panel(KLoWF) were set as analysis targets. The results of multinomial logistic regression analysis to verify the current status of married women's birth plans, marriage happiness, role recognition in the family, and work-family balance recognition on the birth plan are as follows. First, the number of married women who answered “Yes” about the birth plans was 33(2.8%). The number who answered “No” was 1,067(91.3%) and 69(5.9%) answered "I don't know". 91.3% of married women answered "No" and 91.3% of married women in the study had no birth plans. Second, in the case of married women's birth plans, the timing of childbirth was the highest at “Within 1 year” (45.5%). The number of children that married women with childbirth plans will consider in the future was the highest at “2” which is 24(72.7%). Third, married women's marriage happiness was analyzed as a factor that had a positive effect on their childbirth plans. Fourth, in terms of role recognition in the family, self-responsibility recognition was found to be a factor that negatively influenced the childbirth plan. In terms of role recognition in the family, the perception of joint responsibility was found to be a factor that had a positive effect on the childbirth plan. Fifth, it was found that the positive perception that working in a work-family balance perception was helpful to the family had a positive effect on the childbirth plan. Sixth, the childbirth plan was significantly higher in the case of married women with good health than in the case of poor health.
