노후보장제도 기대가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 우울의 매개효과

The Mediating Effect of Depression in the Effects of Expectations of Retirement Guarantee System on Life Satisfaction

본 연구목적은 노후보장제도 기대가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 관계에서 우울의 매개역할을 규명하고자 한다. 연구대상은 ‘고령화 연구패널조사 제8차(2020년)에 응답한 65세 이상 노인 6,483명이며, 연구가설을 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소득보장제도 기대와 의료보장제도 기대는 우울에 유의한 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 소득보장제도 기대는 삶의 만족도에 정적인 영향을 미치며, 의료보험제도 기대는 삶의 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노인의 우울이 삶의 만족도에 유의한 부(-)적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 소득보장제도 기대가 노인의 삶의 만족도에 영향에서 우울은 부분 매개 효과가 유의하게 나타났으며, 의료보험제도는 삶의 만족도에 완전매개 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 노인의 삶의 만족도를 증진을 위한 복지실천 방안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of depression in the relationship between the expectations of the retirement security system on life satisfaction. The subjects of the study were 6,483 elderly people aged 65 or older who responded to the 8th (2020) of the aging research panel survey, and the results of verifying the research hypothesis are as follows. First, it was found that the expectations of the income security system and the medical security system had a significant negative effect on depression. Second, it was found that the expectation of the income security system had a positive effect on life satisfaction, and the expectation of the medical insurance system had no significant effect on life satisfaction. Third, it was found that depression in the elderly had a significant negative effect on life satisfaction. Fourth, depression had a significant partial mediating effect on life satisfaction of the elderly, and the medical insurance system was confirmed to have a complete mediating effect on life satisfaction.
