쥐의 상징에 관한 연구

A Study on the Symbols of the Rat

본 연구는 아동들의 모래상자에 출현하는 쥐의 상징성에 관심을 가지면서 시작되었다. 한국의 설화나, 민 담, 예술 등 다양한 문화에서 나타나는 쥐의 상징을 확충해 보고, 모래놀이상자에 나타나는 쥐에 관해 살 펴본 연구이다. 쥐의 상징성으로는 신성성, 예지력, 다산‧모성과 풍요, 변신‧둔갑, 보은 등이 있다. 모래놀 이 치료 상자에 나타난 쥐를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 불안해하고 칭얼대며 잘 우는 7세 여아의 모래상자에 나타난 쥐는 습하고 어두운 지하에서 지내는 음의 동물이지만 모성성의 긍정적인 면을 상징한다고 볼 수 있다. 초기 애착 형성이 되지 않은 9세 남아의 흰쥐 또한 폭신한 꽃으로 표현해 불안정 애착을 치유하고 회복하는 긍정적인 모성성의 상징으로 사료 된다. 또 예민하고 신경질적인 말투로 짜증이 많으며 친구와 동생들을 놀리고 때리는 9세 남아의 쥐는 죽음과 재생의 작업을 하며 무의식에서 벗어나는 의식화 과정으 로 죽음 세계의 문지기 역할을 한다. 이는 수호신으로서의 쥐의 상징으로 볼 수 있다. 이상과 같이 내담자 들의 모래 상자에서 표현되는 쥐의 상징은 긍정적 모성성, 수호신의 의미를 보여주었다.

The study began with an interest in the symbolism of mice in children’s sandboxes. This study expanded the symbolism of mice in various cultures such as Korean folk paintings, folk paintings, and art to investigate mice in sandboxes. The symbols of mice include divinity, foresight, fertility, motherhood and affluence, transformation, insensitive power, and benevolence. The mice that appeared in the sandbox are as follows. The mice in the sandbox, which were not attached at first, are also expressed as fluffy flowers, and are considered a positive symbol of maternal instinct to heal and recover from unstable attachments. In addition, a nine-year-old boy, angry with his sensitive and nervous tone, teases and hits his friends and siblings, escapes from the world of death through consciousness, and uses the power of death and regeneration to act as a visitor. o Anxiety, wheezing, and crying often are negative animals that live in damp, dark underground, but can be seen as symbols of the positive aspects of motherhood. It can be seen as a symbol of a mouse as a guardian deity. As mentioned earlier, the mouse symbol expressed in the customer’s sandbox showed the positive meaning of motherhood and guardian deity.
