확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식을 통한 대학생의 자기주도학습에 영향을 미치는 변인들의 구조적 관계 분석

An Analysis of Structural Relationship in Influencing Self-directed Learning of Undergraduates in CFA and SEM

이 연구는 대학생의 자기주도학습에 영향을 주는 변인들의 구조적 관계를 규명하여 경로를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 2020년 한국교육종단연구의 데이터를 사용하여 자기주도학습에 영향을 주는 요인들을 분석하였다. 이론적 배경 및 선행연구에 기반하여 메타인지, 교수방법 다양화를 외생잠재변수로 설정하였으며, 능동적 수업참여와 교육만족도, 자기효능감을 내생잠재변수, 자기주도학습을 최종 내생잠재변수로 적용하였다. 분석방법은 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식을 적용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 자기주도학습에 직접적 영향을 주는 변인은 교육만족도, 자기효능감으로 나타났다. 이는 대학 교수학습 과정의 교육만족도를 높여 학습자의 자기주도학습을 높이고, 자아효능감을 높일 수 있는 학습지원의 필요성을 의미한다. 둘째, 메타인지는 대학생의 자기효능감, 능동적 수업참여와 교육만족도에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 파악되었다. 이러한 결과는 대학교육에서 메타인지 교육의 필요성을 보여주는 중요한 지표로 해석될 수 있을 것이다. 셋째, 교수방법 다양화는 교육만족도와 자기효능감에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 자기주도학습 관련 단일 변수 간의 관계 분석에 그치는 것이 아니라, 종합적인 모형을 통해 변수들의 영향력을 다양하게 분석한 점에서 연구 의의가 있으며, 이와 관련된 교수학습 방향성을 제언한 점에서 시사점이 있다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationships of variables that influence self-directed learning among university students. We analyzed the factors that influence self-directed learning using data from the 2005 Korean Longitudinal Study of Education. Metacognition and teaching method diversification were set as exogenous latent variables, active class participation, educational satisfaction, and self-efficacy as endogenous latent variables, and self-directed learning as the final endogenous latent variable. Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling were applied. The findings are as follows. First, the variables that directly influence self-directed learning are educational satisfaction and self-efficacy. Second, metacognition directly influenced self-efficacy, active classroom participation, and educational satisfaction. Third, the diversification of teaching methods was analyzed to have an impact on teaching satisfaction and self-efficacy. This study is significant in that it analyzes the influence of different variables through a comprehensive model of self-directed learning. It is also significant in that it suggests directions for teaching and learning.
