An Exploration of Instructional Changes in The 2022 Revised National Music Curriculum Based on OECD Education 2030 Project

OECD Education 2030 Project에 기초한 2022 개정 음악과교육과정 내용의 변화 탐색 연구

본 연구는 미래음악교육이 지식 기능 태도 및 가치관 영역에서 지식과 윤리적인 측면이 더욱 확장될 것으로 보고 OECD Education 2030 프로젝트 내용 영역에 기초하여 음악과 교육과정 내용의 변화를 탐색하였다. COVID-19 이후에 개정된 2022년 개정 음악과 교육과정의 변화를 살펴보고자, OECD Education 2030 프로젝트에서 제시한 내용 영역을 기준으로 음악과 교육과정의 문헌분석 하였다. 연구의 목적은 2022년 개정음악과 교육과정 문헌을 분석하여 탐색하여 변화된 쟁점을 도출하고 지식과 기능, 태도 및 가치관의 윤리적 영역의 요소를 변혁적 역량과 연결하여 미래음악교육에 필요한 역량을 제안하고자 함에 있다. 이에 지식과 기능, 태도 및 가치관의 윤리적 영역에서 음악과 교육과정 변화를 토대로 미래 음악 학습의 내용과 범위를 문헌으로 탐색하 였다. 음악과 교육과정의 변화를 문헌 분석한 결과에 따라 사회적 변화에 민감하게 적응할 수 있는 기초 역량으로 내면적인 가치와 태도 함양뿐만 아니라 고차원적인 사고력이나 문제 해결력을 포함하는 전이적이고 변혁적인 역량 함양이 필요함을 제언하였다.

This study focuses on the future of music education that will further expand knowledge and ethical aspects in the areas of knowledge skills, attitudes, and values, and explored changes in music curriculum content based on the content areas of the OECD Education 2030 project. In order to examine changes in tThe 2022 Revised National Music Curriculum after COVID-19, a literature analysis of the music curriculum was conducted based on the content areas presented by the OECD Education 2030 project. The purpose of the study is to analyze and explore The 2022 Revised National Music Curriculum literature to derive changed issues and propose foundational competencies essential for future music education by connecting elements of knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values. Accordingly, the content and scope of future music learning is explored in the literature based on changes in music and curriculum in the area of knowledge, skills and attitudes. It was suggested that it is necessary to cultivate transformative competencies, including solving skills. In addition, the need to change the contents of updating the music curriculum content and enhancing transformative competencies according to future societal changes was presented.
