부부가족상담사의 불안정 성인애착이 상담사 효능감에 미치는 영향: 슈퍼비전 작업동맹과 역전이 관리능력의 매개효과

The Impact of Insecure Adult Attachment of Marriage Family Therapists on Therapist Self-Efficacy: The Mediating Effects of Supervision Alliance and Countertransference Management Ability

본 연구의 목적은 부부가족상담사의 불안정 성인애착(애착불안, 애착회피)과 상담사 효능감 관계에서 슈퍼비전 작업동맹과 역전이 관리능력의 매개효과를 확인하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 전국에 있는 부부 가족상담사 216명을 대상으로 불안정 성인애착, 슈퍼비전 작업동맹, 역전이 관리능력, 상담사 효능감에 관한 설문을 실시하였고, SPSS 25.0을 사용하여 매개효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 애착불안이 상담사 효능감에 미치는 영향에서 슈퍼비전 작업동맹의 매개효과는 유의하였으나 역전이 관리능력의 매개효과는 유의하지 않았다. 그리고 애착불안이 슈퍼비전 작업동맹과 역전이 관리능력을 거쳐 상담사 효능감에 미치는 이중 매개효과는 유의하였다. 둘째, 애착회피가 상담사 효능감에 미치는 영향에서 슈퍼비전 작업동맹의 매개효과는 유의하지 않았으나 역전이 관리능력의 매개효과는 유의하였다. 그리고 애착회피가 슈퍼비전 작업동맹과 역전이 관리능력을 거쳐 상담사 효능감에 미치는 이중 매개효과는 유의하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점 및 추후 연구에 대해 제언하였다.

This study examined the mediating effects of supervision alliance and countertransference management on the relationship between insecure adult attachment (anxious attachment and avoidant attachment) and therapist self-efficacy among marriage and family therapists. A nationwide survey was conducted with 216 therapists to assess their insecure adult attachment, supervision alliance, countertransference management, and self-efficacy, and the data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0. The findings demonstrate that the supervision alliance mediates the relationship between anxious attachment and therapist self-efficacy, while countertransference management does not. Additionally, anxious attachment has a dual mediating effect on self-efficacy through both supervision alliance and countertransference management. Conversely, the mediating effect of supervision alliance on the relationship between avoidant attachment and self-efficacy is not significant, whereas countertransference management mediates this relationship. There are dual mediating effects through countertransference management and supervision alliance on self-efficacy. The study highlights the importance of addressing insecure adult attachment and the role of supervision alliance and countertransference management in enhancing therapist self-efficacy. Limitations and suggestions for future research are discussed.
