부산⋅경남 중장년층의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 자아존중감 및 자기효능감

Self-Esteem and Self-Efficacy Based on Demographic and Sociological Characteristics of Middle-Aged People in Busan and Gyeongnam

목적: 본 연구는 부산⋅경남에 거주하는 중장년층의 자아존중감과 자기효능감에 대해 알아보고 중장년층 의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 자아존중감과 자기효능감에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 연구방법: 2024년 2월 1일부터 2월 29일까지 부산⋅경남에 거주하는 중장년층을 대상으로 구글을 활용한 온 라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 169부의 자료가 수집되었으며, SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈 도분석과 기술통계, t검정 및 one-way ANOVA를 실시하였다. 연구결과: 부산⋅경남 중장년층의 자아존중감은 평균 3.62±0.56점이었으며, 자기효능감은 3.59±0.89점으로 모 두 ‘보통 이상’의 평균값을 보였다. 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 자아존중감과 자기효능감에 대한 분 석 결과, 자아존중감은 연령집단(p<.05), 배우자 여부(p<.05), 학력수준(p<.01), 주관적 건강상태 (p<.01)에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 또한 자기효능감은 연령집단(p<.05), 경제활동(p<.05), 주관적 건강상태(p<.01)에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 결론: 본 연구를 바탕으로 부산⋅경남 중장년층의 건강한 삶을 지원하기 위한 기초자료를 제시하고 인구 사회학적 특성을 고려한 건강한 지역사회 프로그램 개발 마련에 도움이 되고자 한다.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to investigate the self-esteem and self-efficacy of middle-aged people living in Busan and Gyeongnam, and to analyze the self-esteem and self-efficacy according to the demographic and sociological characteristics of middle-aged people. Methods : From February 1st to February 29th, 2024, an online survey using Google was conducted for the middle-aged people living in Busan and Gyeongnam. A total of 169 copies of data were collected, and frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, and one-way ANOVA were conducted using the SPSS 25.0 program. Results : The average self-esteem of middle-aged people in Busan and Gyeongnam was 3.62±0.56 points, and the self-efficacy was 3.59±0.89 points, showing the average value of 'above normal'. As a result of the analysis of self-esteem and self-efficacy according to demographic and sociological characteristics, there were significant differences in self-esteem according to age group(p<.05), spouse status(p<.05), educational level(p<.01), and subjective health status(p<.01). In addition, there were significant differences in self-efficacy according to age group(p<.05), economic activity( p<.05), and subjective health status(p<.01). Conclusion : Based on this study, it is intended to present basic data to support the healthy life of middle-aged people in Busan and Gyeongnam and to help develop healthy community programs considering demographic and sociological characteristics.
