유아교사의 탄력성과 놀이지원역량의 관계: 교수창의성과 놀이교수효능감의 중다매개효과

The Multiple Mediated Effects of Teaching Creativity and Play Teaching Efficacy in the Relations between Resilience and Play Support Competence of Early Childhood Teacher

본 연구는 유아교사의 탄력성과 놀이지원역량의 관계에서 교수창의성과 놀이교수효능감의 중다매개효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구를 위해 G시와 J도 유아교육기관 만3~5세 유아 담당 교사 320명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 최종 분석에 312부의 설문지를 사용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS WIN 21.0과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 통해 기술통계, 상관분석, 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 유아교사의 탄력성과 놀이지원역량의 관계에서 교수창의성의 매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 탄력성과 놀이지원역량의 관계에서 놀이교수효능감의 매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아교사의 탄력성과 놀이지원역량의 관계에서 교수창의성과 놀이교수효능감의 중다매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 유아교사의 탄력성과 교수창의성 및 놀이교수효능감이 놀이지원역량에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 중요 변인임을 검증하였다는 점에서 의의가 있고, 유아교사의 놀이지원역량 증진을 위해서는 관련 변인의 순차적 발달을 고려한 교사 교육적 지원이 필요함을 시사한다.

This study aims to test multiple mediated effects of teaching creativity and play teaching efficacy in the relations between resilience and play support competence of early childhood teachers. The study collected survey data from 320 early childhood teachers working at kindergartens in G City and J Province, Korea. The 312 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. The data were statistically analyzed using IBM SPSS WIN 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. First, teaching creativity mediates the relationship between teachers’ resilience and play support competence. Second, play teaching efficacy mediated the relationship between the teacher’s resilience and play support competence. Third, the multiple mediated effects of teaching creativity and play teaching efficacy were significant in the relation between teacher’s resilience and play support competence. The results of this study can be used as a theoretical and practical resource necessary for teacher education that strengthens play support competence. In addition, it is expected to contribute to revitalizing research related to teacher’s play support competence.
