The Mediating Effects of Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy on the Relationship between Academic Resilience or Career Resilience and Career Adaptability of University Students

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 학업탄력성 및 진로탄력성과 진로적응성 간의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 대학생 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여, 최종적으로 268명의 자료를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Ver. 27.0을 활용하여 각 변인 간의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였고, 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해서 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 학업탄력성, 진로탄력성, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로적응성 간에는 유의미한 정적 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 대학생의 학업탄력성과 진로적응성 간의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감은 부분 매개효과가 있었다. 셋째, 대학생의 진로탄력성과 진로적응성 간의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감은 부분 매개효과가 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 대학생의 진로적응성을 높이기 위해서는 학업탄력성 및 진로 탄력성과 진로결정자기효능감이 중요함을 시사한다.

This study aims to verify the mediating effects of career decision-making self-efficacy on the relationship between the academic resilience, career resilience, and career adaptability of university students. To this end, a survey of 268 university students was conducted and the data were analyzed. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS Ver. 27.0 to find out the relationship between each variable, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis was conducted to verify the mediating effect. The results of this study are as follows. First, a positive correlation exists between university students' academic resilience, career resilience, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career adaptability. Second, career decision-making self-efficacy partially mediates the relationship between the academic resilience and career adaptability of university students. Third, career decision-making self-efficacy partially mediates the relationship between the career resilience and career adaptability of university students. The results of these studies suggest that academic resilience, career resilience, and career decision-making self-efficacy are important to increase university students' career adaptability.
