한·중 대학생의 주체성, 사회적 지지, 진로장벽이 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향

The Role of Agency, Social Support, and Career Barriers in the Career Decision Levels of Korean and Chinese University Students

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 한국 대학생과 중국 대학생의 주체성, 사회적 지지, 진로장벽, 진로결정수준의 차이를 살펴보고, 이들이 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하는 것이다. 연구방법: 연구대상은 한국에 거주하고 있는 한국 대학생 119명, 중국에 거주하고 있는 중국 대학생 136명이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 t검증, Pearson 상관관계분석, 단계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 한국 대학생과 중국 대학생의 진로장벽, 사회적 지지는 차이는 없었으나, 주체성과 진로결정수준은 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 한국 대학생과 중국 대학생의 주체성이 다 진로결정수준에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한국 대학생의 사회적 지지는 그들의 진로결정수준에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 중국 대학생의 사회적 지지는 진로결정수준에 영향을 미치지 않는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로, 진로장벽이 두 집단의 진로결정수준에 부적 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 결론: 본 연구는 한국 대학생과 중국 대학생의 주체성과 진로결정수준의 차이를 확인하고, 진로장벽이 진로결정수준에 부적 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인이며, 한중 대학 간의 교류와 진로 프로그램을 개발하는데 시사점을 제공한다는 의의가 있다.

Objective: This study aimed to examine the differences in agency, social support, career barriers, and career decision levels between Korean and Chinese university students and to examine the relative influence of these variables on career decision levels. Methods: The participants were 119 Korean and 136 Chinese university students. The collected data were analyzed using the t-test, Pearson correlation analysis, and hierarchical stepwise regression analysis using SPSS 25.0. Results: First, the findings revealed differences in agency and career decision levels. Second, agency was found to positively affect the career decision levels of both Korean and Chinese university students . Moreover, career barriers negatively affected career decision levels in both groups. Conclusions: This study is expected to offer practical insights into career guidance programs in Korean and Chinese universities.
