본 연구는 팬데믹을 경험한 청소년의 사회적자본이 학교적응에 미치는 영향을 찾고, 대안을 연구하는 데 있다. 현재 고등학교에 재학중인 청소년을 대상으로, 2023년 11월 5일부터 11월 24일까지 3주간 직접면접과 구조화된 설문조사를 통해 631케이스를 spss 28.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석 하였다. 분석결과 결속적 사회적자본에서는 신뢰, 관계망, 가족, 또래친구, 교사요인에서 유의하였고, 교량적 사회적자본에서는 규모, 밀도 모두가 유의하였다. 결속적 사회적자본은 타인과의 관계성을 통해 학교 적응력이 높고, 교량적 사회적자본은 청소년이 보유한 자원의 규모와 밀도의 정도 에 따라 학교적응에 밀접한 영향을 미침을 알 수 있다. 위의 결과를 통해 몇 가지 제언하자면 첫째, 관계성의 중심으로 하는 결속적 사회적자본 강화를 위한 역량강화 프로그램을 운영하고, 동아리 활동 등을 활용하여 사회적자본을 강화할 수 있는 기회 제공이 되어야 한다. 둘째, 청소년의 학교적 응에 필요한 관계정도를 검증할 수 있는 지표의 개발이 필요하다. 셋째, 청소년의 교량적 사회적자 본인 규모와 밀도를 효과적으로 선별하고 선택할 수 있는 매뉴얼 개발이 필요하다.
The purpose of this study is to find the impact of social capital on school adaptation of youth who have experienced the COVID-19 pandemic and to study alternatives. Targeting youth currently attending high school, 631 cases were analyzed using SPSS 28.0 through direct interviews and structured surveys over a three-week period from November 5 to November 24, 2023. As a result of the analysis, bonding social capital includes trust, network, family, peers, and teachers. Factors were significant, and for bridging social capital, both size and density were significant. Bonding social capital has a high ability to adapt to school through relationships with others, and bridging social capital has a close impact on school adaptation depending on the size and density of resources possessed by youth. A few suggestions are based on the above results. First, a capacity-building program should be operated to strengthen bonding social capital centered on relationships, and opportunities to strengthen social capital should be provided by utilizing club activities. Second, it is necessary to develop indicators that can verify the degree of relationship necessary for adolescents' school adaptation. Third, it is necessary to develop a manual that can effectively screen and select the size and density of youth's bridging social capital.
