체육교사의 교육전문직 준비과정에 대한 탐색

An Exploration of Physical Education Teacher's Preparation Process for Educational Professions

본 연구의 목적은 체육교사의 교육전문직 준비과정에 대한 탐색을 통해 어떠한 과정을 경험하고 있는지를 도출하고자 한다. 이를 위해 교육전문직 시험에 합격한 3명의 장학사를 연구참여자로 선정하였고, 자료수집은 심층면담과 2차자료수집을 실시하였으며, 자료분석은 귀납적 분석방법을 활용하였다. 연구 결과 1. 각기 다른 교육전문직준비계기, 2. 열정을 쏟아부은 교육전문직 시험 3. 순탄하지 않은 교육전문직 준비과정, 4. 교육전문직 준비하고 싶니?라는 주제로 결과를 도출하였으며, 이에 따른 논의로 1. 다시 보는 임용시험의 느낌, 2. 전문직은 과연 도전할 만한 것인가?라는 주제로 전개하였다. 결과적으로 체육교사들의 교육전문직 준비과정을 통해 실제 교육전문직 준비하게된 계기, 준비과정을 심층적으로 탐색하며 후배 교사들에게 교육전문직 준비 과정을 어떻게 대처하고 준비해야할지에 대한 교육적 의미를 도출하였다. 마지막으로 다양한 지역의 전문직 준비과정에 대한 연구가 필요함을 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the process of physical educatio n teachers' preparation for the teaching profession and to derive their exp eriences. For this purpose, three scholars who passed the teaching professi on examination were selected as research participants. in-depth interviews and secondary data collection were conducted to collect data, and inductiv e analysis method was used to analyze data. The results of the study we re divided into the following themes: 1. Different opportunities to prepare f or the teaching profession, 2. Passion for the teaching profession examinat ion, 3. Uneven preparation process, and 4. Do you want to prepare for the teaching profession? The discussion was developed into the following the mes: 1. Feelings of revisiting the appointment examination, 2. Is the profe ssion worth the challenge? As a result, it was possible to explore the act ual preparation for the teaching profession through the preparation process of physical education teachers, and it is necessary to do research on the p reparation process for the teaching profession in various regions.
