문화예술실천공동체 구성원들의 공동학습경험 탐구

Exporing the collaborative learning experiences of members of cltural communities of pactice

연구배경 : 지역사회를 중심으로 평생학습사회 실현과 지역사회공동체 형성에 이바지하는 문화예술 실천 공동체 활동의 평생 교육적 의미를 부각하고자 한다. 연구목적 : 본 연구는 마을주민들의 자발적 참여로 한 문화 예술 실천공동체 ‘로망스’ 구성원들의 공동 학습경험을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법 : 질적 사례연구 방법을 적용하여 문화 예술 실천공동체 ‘로망스’ 구성원 7명을 선정, 심층 면담과 참여관찰을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과 : 첫째, 마을주민합주단인 문화 예술 실천공동체 ‘로망스’ 활동에 참여한 학습 동기는 꿈을 실현하기 위한 자발적 참여, 일상의 틀을 깨는 새로운 나를 찾기, 자기 계발을 위한 능동적 학습 참여로 합주를 완성해 가는 일련의 과정을 통해 상호작용과 공동 학습을 경험하면서 지속적인 활동에 참여하고 있다. 둘째, 공동 학습경험을 통해 구성원 간의 자극을 통한 학습의 동기를 부여하고 새로운 학습의 방향을 만들어 가며 음악을 매개로 교감하고 성장하는 공동체를 만들어 가고 있다. 셋째, 구성원들은 공동체적 학습경험을 바탕으로 지역을 기반으로 한 소속감과 유대감, 연대 의식 형성을 바탕으로 공동체성을 회복해 나가고 있다. 시사점 : 공동 학습경험은 호혜적 관계 맺음의 활동이 새로운 공동체성을 회복하는 수단임을 확인하고 문화 예술 활동을 통한 일상을 학습으로 만들어 가고자 하는 사람들에게 학습공동체의 대안으로서 의미가 있다.

Background : It aims to highlight the lifelong educational meaning of cultural and artistic practice community activities that contribute to the realization of a lifelong learning society centered on the community and the formation of local communities. Purpose : The purpose of this study is to explore the collective learning experiences of the members of 'Romance', a community of cultural and artistic practice with the voluntary participation of villagers. Methodology / Approach : Applying the qualitative case study method, seven members of the cultural practice community 'Romance' were selected and analyzed through in-depth interviews and participatory observation. Findings / Conclusions : First, the learning motivation for participating in the activities of 'Romance', a community of cultural practice that is a village residents' ensemble, is voluntary participation to realize dreams, finding a new self by breaking the framework of daily life, and participating in active learning for self-development, and participating in continuous activities while experiencing interaction and joint learning through a series of processes to complete the ensemble. Second, through joint learning experiences, members are motivated to learn by stimulating each other, creating new directions of learning, and creating a community that communicates and grows through music. Third, the members are restoring their sense of community based on a sense of belonging, bonding, and solidarity based on the community learning experience. Implications : Collaborative learning experiences are meaningful as an alternative to learning communities for those who see the activity of reciprocal relationships as a means of regaining a new sense of community and who want to make everyday life learning through cultural activities.
